Let me be your deep-v
I don't regret buying this, but I certainly would have if it was even slightly more expensive. It was a shot in the dark sort of thing since I was used to spending such a large amount on new bras. In the end, it's probably best to stick to what you know when it comes to bras, and to hell with the cost. They're your boobs, they deserve a 36D push-up when they're promised a 36D push-up.

Pros
Cheap
Cons
Poorly made, not a push up
For the price, this is an alright bra. I've gotten worse ones for a higher price, but they're usually a bit higher in the fancy bra category. If you're looking for a basic tshirt bra that doesn't show off too much and is fairly disposable, you've found that bra.
For me, this doesn't work. It's too thin in the cups and ends up revealing my nipples when a light breeze goes by. The straps are way too wide for my taste, so it's a lot like a training bra in that respect. It also doesn't fit true to size. I measure at exactly a 36D (I've been measured recently and have measured myself as well) and this cut into my skin more than some 36C's I own.
This is a comparison to a Victoria's secret push-up balconette style bra that is a 36C. As you can see, the band is at least an inch shorter on each side. The cups are also smaller, which is odd considering the other is a balconette.
Admittedly, it's not very fair for me to judge push-up bras on their ability to push things up, as my breasts typically don't need help in that area. That aside, this didn't change the overall appearance of how my bosom sits. There is no padding, but it is lightly lined. It has an underwire, which provides some support and a bit of lift, but not enough to call it a push up in my opinion.
The picture allows me to point something else out. The straps are removable to fulfill the "4-way" promise, which is awesome. Unfortunately, mine don't work quite so well. The plastic pieces that slip into the slots in the front seem to not want to stay there. I've read in other reviews that this wasn't a problem, so it's difficult to say if this will happen with bras other than mine. I had a heck of a time removing and replacing the straps, but I always seem to be bad at those things.
There were also several loose threads. The elastic piece that is meant to hold the plastic attachment on the straps is secured differently on each side of the bra for me. The one has the material of the bra sewn in to it, the other just gets stuck under the plastic piece and makes it difficult to work with. I did not try this strapless as I couldn't even get both straps off.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
This sits in my bra drawer collecting dust even when I should have done laundry several days before. I tried wearing it as a lounge bra, but it wasn't comfortable enough for that. Maybe this will work with other body and breast types, but it's not the one for me.

Thanks for the review! If you're having issues with the straps, maybe you should send the bra in for an exchange. Particularly if you say that the other reviewers didn't claim that they had issues. I tend to get lingerie with slight malfunctions, too, so it's not out of the ordinary!
