Lacy Ruffles For A Cute Butt
If you're into ruffles, you should give this set a shot. It's relatively comfortable for longer wear and the ruffles on the panties will make just about any behind look adorably sexy.

Pros
Relatively comfortable, Ruffles are cute
Cons
Top not the greatest for B cup and smaller, Panties like to give wedgies when walking
The packaging is your standard for Leg Avenue: black cardboard with peek-a-boo slots, washing instructions, and 'ingredients'. This set is made from 100% Nylon and the instructions say to hand wash, however there's nothing about the construction of this set that would make me uncomfortable about washing it in a lingerie bag or pillow case on cold on my washer's lowest setting. I would recommend letting it air dry when done.
This set comes in a one size fits most, and while it isn't going to fit everybody, it does seem to at least fit the sizing guidelines, which is a major step. According to Leg Avenue, to comfortably wear this set you should be between a size 6-11, with a cup size of A-C, a bust of 32-38", a waist of 23-29", and 34-40" hips. Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 105, around my bust measures 31" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 25" waist with 33" hips and I wear a solid B cup. Honestly, the cups felt a little loose, but I think it was more because they're a sheer mesh.
There are two pieces that come in this set, and I'll start with the top. It's your basic bra style, with two stacked clasps in the back. It's really stretchy, measuring 26" across the bottom when laid flat and going comfortably all the way up to 36". A 38" bust might be pushing it, but shouldn't cut in much, if at all. The straps are adjustable, just like a regular bra, but aside from the ruffles along the tops of the cups, everything else is see-through. If you have perky C cups, this top will fit you wonderfully, even a perky D should be fine. Anything about a B or smaller is going to feel a bit awkward. At least it did on me.
The bottoms are almost infinitely adjustable. Since they don't pull on like regular panties might, they tie on the sides, you're less limited on who can comfortably wear them. Since they tie on the sides, they lay completely open, as you can see in this picture here. The back is only going to cover about 11" and the front will only cover about 6" but from end to end each set of ties is 44" long. If you're wondering if these will fit you, you can take two 22" pieces of string and try to tie each end. Another neat thing is that once you get them tied where you want, the fabric on the front and back does stretch enough to let you keep taking them on and off like regular panties. And the best part is, they have a crotch liner.
I measured around my butt and came up with 36", and these panties always seemed to give me a wedgie while I was walking around. I'm not sure if it was the ruffles on the back, or the shape of my butt, but be warned that it's a possibility.
As far as the quality goes, if you're not all that rough, this set should last you a good while. For storage, keep this set anywhere you keep the rest of your delicates.

Experience
I was slightly misled when I first made this purchase. After looking at the pictures on the model, the top appears to be solid, at least relatively so. But when I pulled it out of the package, oh no, everything is very see through. I didn't let that deter me, but when I put it on the first time, I only got the bra on, and I was so discouraged that I just put everything away and forgot about it. Well, digging around through the lingerie drawer one day, I found it again, and decided to give it a fair shot. I'm happy I did. While the top is never going to be something I'm going to be all that comfortable with, at least on its own, the panties were really cute and while they gave me some wedgies while walking around, I still like them a lot. I have also found that I can wear a black bra underneath the bra top of this set and it looks remarkably like the picture of the model on the package.
For me personally, this set is closer to just barely 3 stars, but my own personal issues with the set don't affect the set. On it's own, it is a good set, and deserves closer to 4 stars.

Follow-up commentary

Over time, I've grown less fond of this outfit. The top never looked all that good on me (in my opinion) and while the bottoms are cute, I've had problems with them consistently staying up. I'd drop this set a star if I could because it's a great idea, it just doesn't seem to live up very well.

Wonderful review.
And Jesibel, very true. I'd be so upset if I bought a shirt or something and it turned out that was see through, lol.
Mistress Kay, I know, I'm not entirely convinced the model is actually wearing the same top, since nothing about the top she's wearing even remotely resembles what you get if you buy it
