It's not what the picture shows!
This is a beautiful pair of hose that can go with any cocktail dress, or any skirt to dress it up a bit. I think the rhinestones provide elegance and class to the idea of regular old hose. I recommend that every girl have a pair for dressing up at some point!

Pros
Beautiful way to fancy up a dress!
Cons
One size fits most, waist grabs tightly
Let me start out by saying that I received the black rhinestone hose. The current picture on display is of a pair of thigh-highs, not a pair of pantyhose. These are full pantyhose. They sit at your waist. So anyway, I wanted to point that out so no one else gets confused. Even so, this is a gorgeous pair of hose that have a little bit of class to them. They're great for very dressed up occasions and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them!
Material:
These are solid patterned nylon. That means there's no mesh or fencing to them; they are simply solid. They are sheer, and the rhinestones are spaced about an inch apart each. The toes are not reinforced and have a normal seam to them, which goes straight across the toes. This could be a turn-off to some. As we all know, nylon is extremely stretchy, so the hose are a one size fits most. I personally am a fat girl, and don't like how tightly the hose grab at the waist because it gives me a muffin top. However, if you wear this under something, like you're supposed to, you won't see that problem. I haven't worn anything where it showed, but when I first put them on, I saw it and felt a little down over it. I figured I would warn you, and I'm a 46" hip. But it can stretch super far, so it will fit most sizes. Those who are over 50" may not want to invest in these though, because it will cause muffin top!
The rhinestones are lined up down the back seam, just like the name of the product states. They're not too small but not too large (you can definitely see them) and they catch light well. My only complaint is that they snag on stuff if you're not careful and they do fall off over time. The bright side is you can buy a little tin of rhinestones at the store and superglue some more on, problem solved!
Fit:
As I mentioned before, they are one size fits MOST, and I don't think these will work very well for very large women. I'm a large woman myself and I feel that if I was over 50" at my hips, that these would look like a walrus got in a fight with an elephant and someone tried to stuff them in a sack. (It kind of looks like that anyway, but I can wear stuff that grabs in such a way as to hide it!) So, like I said, I'm a 46" hip, and they're a bit tight on me. So when buying, know your size.
Cleaning/Storage:
I would wash these by hand. My reasoning is that the rhinestones are already prone to fall off from wear, and you'll want to increase the longevity of these by washing them gently. Be mindful of the rhinestones when storing too. Again, this is all about keeping them safe, and I'm overprotective of things I like, so I store mine rolled up in my sock drawer away from any fancy socks that they could snag on.
Packaging:
These come in a little cardboard packaging like most hose I've bought at the store. It tells you what is inside but is not super informative. It also mentions this product being one size fits most. That's about as fancy as it gets, and it has an opening to see the hose, where the rhinestones show.

Experience
Overall, I like these, despite the muffin top I get. When I lose some weight, I'll be even more happier because they fit well. But that's for a different story. Anyway, these come in red, black and white, all are sheer and have the same rhinestone backing design. Disregard the image of the black thigh highs and look at the hose in red or white if you're confused as to how these look. The rhinestones are indeed a nice way to fancy up these hose, and I think every girl should have a pair to go with her little black dress.
As I said, care is important. Do keep in mind that the rhinestones are glued and will come off if you're not washing this by hand and being mindful of them.

Is there a bit of length to the panty, allowing the waist to be pulled up farther? I have spinal issues, and can't have a waistband, especially elastic, sitting at my waist.
