In My Dreams
If you love the look of Coquette corsets but aren't ready to pay $60-80 for one, this is a great corset to check out the brand with, since it's about half the price of most! I found that the size large runs a little small, though, so you may need to order up, especially if you are larger on top than on bottom.

Pros
Comparable quality to Coquette's more expensive corsets, soft fabric, well-made, removable bow.
Cons
Runs small
I'm a huge fan of Coquette and their corsets, so when this one appeared for about half of what the average Coquette corset costs, I jumped on it! I was really curious about how the quality would stack up to its more expensive counterparts.
The first thing I noticed when I pulled the plastic bag containing the corset from the box was that it came on a plastic hanger instead of the plush black fabric hangers that the nicer Coquette items come with. However, after looking the corset over, that turned out to be the only really obvious difference I could find. In pretty much all other respects, you could put this next to the Coquette products that cost $60+ and really not see much difference in quality.
The corset comes with a small bag attached, which contains the removable garters and straps. There aren't panties or other accessories included, but who can blame them at this price?
In a lot of ways, this reminds me of the Stretch Lace Corset that came out a year or two ago. Both have lace over a solid background, soft cups with no underwire, and ruffles at the bottom.
I was a little surprised by the lack of underwire in this corset, I guess I didn't read the product info page well before ordering! No underwires can be a pro or con, depending on your body type. In my case, where my breasts are usually too large for the designated cups, it can come in handy. However, I do miss the little extra bit of support they offer! Of course, if your corset is snug-fitting, it should do a pretty decent job of holding up boobage on its own.
I really, really wish I could tell you more about my own personal experience with this corset, but... it didn't fit. I ordered the Large, which is what I wear in pretty much all things Coquette. The lower part fastens (via hook and eye closures, like what a bra fastens with) just fine, but by about 1/3 of the way up my back, it's just not happening. Pulling it together as tight as I can at the top leaves me with a good 2" still between the hooks. I'm kind of heartbroken, you guys. I'd love to trade it in for an XL, but Eden currently only has Medium and Large. I checked Coquette's website and found that it does come in XL, so maybe I'll get luck and Eden will get that size in stock before my 2 month return window is up. Cross your fingers!
According to the Coquette size chart, the Large should fit 150-180 lbs, 38-40" bust, 30-32" waist, 40-42" hips, size 12-14 and a C cup. I'm 160 lbs, 38D, 33" waist, 39" hips, size 10/12. It's funny that the waist, where I'm larger than the chart, is the part that fits me best.
I think the cup area would fit a D cup just fine if I could get it to close, but anyone above a 36" bra band is probably not going to be able to close this. The waist probably is true to the chart, best fitting 30-32". Hips aren't really an issue here, unless you have an especially short torso. Weight is also pretty irrelevant, since everyone carries theirs in different places.
A few handy measurements:
14" tall from the dip between the bra cups down to the hem.
13" tall where it hooks up the back
When laid flat, it measures 29 and a half inches across the center. This will stretch up to about 34".
The bra area is a bit less stretchy, so while the top measures 30" across, it only stretches to about 35".
The bra cups are 7" across and 6" tall. The inside is lined, but not really padded.
Other handy info:
Yes, that big ol' bow between the boobs is attached to a pin, and thus super easy to remove.
7 pieces of decently sturdy plastic boning sewn in.
It's 80% nylon, 20% spandex, and should be hand washed and laid flat to dry.
It's a little hard to rate a corset that you couldn't actually get on, but I'll try! I was impressed that this is very similar in quality to the Coquette corsets that cost twice as much. It's nicely made, and without the big bow you could probably wear it outside of the bedroom. Just keep in mind that it runs a little small!
Sorry for no photos yet, my camera is having some issues! However, it does look exactly like it does in the photos on the product page. No big surprises here! If I am able to get this exchanged for an XL, I will update with photos of how it looks on!
