If I could only get it over my head...
Although the name of the dress is "Grey Dress", it is not! It is most definitely a blue dress! Maybe in Colombia (where it is made) they have different names for colors. I don't know. Anyway, this "Blue Dress" is cute, comfortable and made well. Unfortunately it is also very short, runs small and the waist band make this dress insanely hard to get on!

Packaging:
The Grey Dress by Espiral came in a small sealed plastic package with a cardboard insert. The cardboard insert had a model with the dress (in black), style information and other items from Espiral on it.
The packaging is not meant for reuse.
The dress is made in Colombia
Contents: Dress only
Care/ Maintenance:
The care instructions for this item are on the packaging as well as a tag inside the dress on the lower skirt portion. They state: Hand wash separately, drip dry and do not bleach.
To maintain itβs shape, I recommend hanging in the closet.
Design/Shape/Size:
This item comes in the colors: Grey (ehem.. more like blue) and black
It is available in the sizes: S, M, L, and XL.
I am typically a size small-medium. I wear size 4-6 in dresses and jeans. I am 5'4 AND have a 34D bust.
Due to the other reviewers, I ordered the size large. And I am glad that I did!
IMPORTANT: The large was an ok fit. I can't imagine going smaller because of the length and the tight waist band. Like another reviewer mentioned, you have to be a contortionist to get this on! Which is so true! The waist band does not budge! It is stiff as a rod - like you are trying to squeeze into a space you are not meant for! It is so hard to get on! I thought I was going to sprain my neck or pull a muscle. It almost made me want to cut it off of me, rather than take it off the normal way! Because of this reason, I highly suggest getting a size or TWO up from your normal size.
As for the dress design itself the top is a deep "V" neck. It is actually two separate shoulder pieces. At the top of the shoulder is an adjustment string. You can make it longer or shorter depending on the sleeve length you prefer. At the bottom of the "V" and in-between the "V" and the skirt is the waist band. The waist band is empire style, is metallic silver and rusched. It is very bright and gives the dress a bit of a tacky feel. I wish it wasn't BRIGHT metallic! On the other hand, the scrunch look is very flattering on the stomach. The skirt runs straight down, is very short and has a tiny slit on both sides. Length (top to hem): 38"
Material/Texture:
Material: Poleyster 93%, Elastan 7%
The outfit as a whole is pretty comfortable once you have it on. Like I said before, the waist band has NO give what-so-ever and is hard to get on! The fabric is thin and lightweight and you can see your panty lines. It is on the verge of being see through, but is not.
The seams feel strong and sturdy. The hemming is nicely done. The Espiral dress appears in good condition.

Experience
Personal Experience :
I do like this dress dispite the color disappointment (blue - not grey) and the super tight waist band. I think it is flattering at the stomach on me and is a cute style. It is a bit short for my tastes, and the "V" is pretty revealing. Unfortunately, both of these reasons are reasons I will most likely not be wearing it out. If it was a little bit longer, and I didn't regret putting it on for the fact I would have to take it off later, I probably would.
I will keep you updated on if/when I wear it again - I am sorta nervous I am going to rip it trying to get the darn waist band over my head!
Conclusion: β β β (I'm indifferent... fitting is off, waist band blows, name of dress - liar! On the flip side, it looks cute and is made well.)

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
This dress isn't the worst, but I don't ever wear it. The quality is there, but the construction still drives me crazy. Why is the belt soooo tight?! I really don't want to struggle this much with putting a dress on. I like the way it looks once it is on, but it is pretty short. Maybe in the fall I will wear this again with some leggings, but probably not.
