I think you got how this panty thing works reversed....
Design doesn't accommodate hips at the high end of the size chart completely comfortably, but they will still fit well enough. Overall, the fabric and lace are comfortable. I did not overheat even in summer wearing these.

Pros
Awesome colors and wet look fabric.
Cons
tight over the rear and baggy in front.
Design
I have an obsession with wet look fabric. It's more breathable than wearing pvc or vinyl, but it is still edgy. These specific panties take it up even more by have royal blue lace inserts. The back has a heart pattern that frames your butt of the lace, and the center area of the front is the lace as well. It has a cotton liner that has an opening at the top and is sewn on the sides.
Fit:
As with almost every panty purchase from EF, I have issues with the fit of these. I ordered the 1x/2x. The size chart lists that this size will fit
size: 16 - 18 waist: 36 - 38 hip: 42 - 48
I am a 39 inch waist and a 48 inch hip. I knew these were going to be tight, but I am currently loosing weight and would like to have these for a while.
I found that these are really baggy on my in the front and super tight in the rear. The front has way too much material. It almost seems like there is enough material for a man to comfortably wear these. The back was uncomfortably tight over my cheeks and dug in. I can wear these, but they are by no means the most comfortable pair I own.
Material and Care:
This is made of nylon and spandex. Nylon is a generally hypoallergenic man-made material. It is used in uncountable applications. The nylon wet look fabric was surprisingly lightweight and breathable. I figured these would be too hot to wear in the warm California summer that I am currently experiencing, but I had no problems wearing them in triple digit heat. I wasn't bothered by them overheating my lady bits at all.
The panty is listed as being able to be washed and dried on low. I was all of my lingerie on delicate in mesh bags and dry them flat because it increases the life of the garment.
Packaging:
This came in the box from EF with a tag attached by those plastic tags. Nothing special, and not particulary fantastic for gift giving either, but nothing to really complain about.

Experience
Overall, I can still wear these and they don't bury themselves in my crack. I am hoping that by loosing a little weight, they will be more comfortable. My partners find them sexy, so in the end I don't have that much to complain about.
Follow-up commentary
7 days after original review
These are wearable and both partners find it sexy, so I am calling it mostly a success. It surprisingly doesn't really ride up my crack that much. I still don't love it, but I am glad it is in my collection.

I had a bad experience with these too. I gave them away to someone who likes them better. Thanks for sharing.

thanks for the heads up!

I like cheeky underwear if they look like they're supposed to be that way (i.e. ruching in the back), but I hate it when they look like they're on backwards!
