I'm ready for Comic-Con...?
This is a tight, but stretchy dress that shows off every curve. If you're 5'8" or taller, it would probably make a better shirt in public, as in my experience it can only be pulled to cover either your butt or your boobs. In the bedroom, however, it still looks great.

Pros
Shiny, Form-fitting, Sexy
Cons
Material, Too short for 5'8", reminds me of a sci-fi costume
Packaging:
The "Silver Dress to Impress" came in a simple plastic bag with a hook for store display. I would not recommend keeping it in the package if you are giving it as a gift.
Care:
This dress is hand wash only. Though I may be tempted sometime in the future to throw it in the washer, I get this feeling that it might melt in the dryer. One good thing is it doesn't seem to wrinkle when left on the floor.
Sizing:
My first impression once I got it out of the bag was honestly only a maybe. I had consulted the size chart before ordering, but it looked way too small. Here is Espiral's size chart:
Espiral lingerie
Bust (in) Waist (in) Hip (in)
Small 34 25 34
Medium 36 27 36
Large 38 29 38
XLarge 40 31 40
Here are my measurements:
5'8"
34B
28" waist
23" thigh
Shirt Size: small
Pant Size: medium or 8-10
Based on my best guess and previous experience with dresses, I ordered and received a medium. It fits (snug but comfortable), but I guess I should have paid more attention to the fact that it is only 22" from top to bottom. If you are approaching 5’8” or taller, this dress can probably only function as a longer tube top in public.
As far as the bust goes, it claims to be one size fits all, but I think a C or D cup would probably be ideal for this dress. A B works fine, but at least a C would really make sure the top will stay up. The back scoops down a lot, so it would take an extra low strapless bra to provide support, if you chose to wear one at all. If you're smaller busted, you may want a push-up bra, but if you're fairly large busted, I would be worried about popping out, especially since the dress is so short.
Material:
The dress is 93% polyester and 7% spandex, according to the attached tag, and made in Columbia. The material is really shiny. When I put it on, my first thought was that it was the beginning of a costume for some comic book or sci-fi character (which might be a great use for it...). It also feels somewhat tacky (as in sticky)...I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but I think if you were to go out dancing in it, it would definitely stick to you once you sweated at all.
It has somewhat see-through cut outs across the front with flat plastic (?) circles. The product page calls them "rhinestone accents," but they are definitely just cheap not-even sequins. However, they don't seem likely to come off at all.
The spandex does give this dress quite a bit of stretch (as seen by looking at my posterior in it), but it also means that it clings to any curves you may have that aren't strictly hourglass.

Experience
I chose this dress because my husband really wanted me to buy a "sexy dress." I knew it would be short (though I didn't really understand how short), and tight. My husband is away right now, but I sent him pictures, which he loves, and saved to his phone for unmentioned use. I can't say that I would wear it out in public, but it will definitely join the rotation in the bedroom, and someday soon become part of a Halloween costume I suspect.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I'm still not a huge fan of this dress. It's just too short for me to get any regular wear out of it. I'm not even planning to use it as part of a Halloween costume.
