I LOVE This Dress!
The Wetlook Long Sleeve Dress mixes bad ass with raw sexy. It's open lace back, tight and shiny torso, and cute heart neck line all mix into an irresistible look that I'm sure your partner won't be able to keep his hands off off!

Pros
Sexy back, Nice lace, Runs pretty true to size, Fun to wear
Cons
May have to go up a size for the correct "going out" length, Material can get hot
I was so excited to see this piece plus the others from Coquette's line of wetlook pieces. This one is particular had to be mine! I couldn't wait to get it as an assignment and want to thank Eden for letting me have it because I totally love it! It's one of those dare to wear it out pieces, but I totally dare to and can't wait til I find the appropriate event to adorn it in.
*Contents/overview: One piece
The Wetlook Long Sleeve Dress is from Coquette. It's a one piece dress with no adjustable parts. There is no padding or underwire in the bust. It comes in S, M, L, and XL. This is available in black. I think it's be hot in red or even white too!
*Material: Mixed
The dress is made of 80% Nylon and 20% Spandex. The top portion is lace that is moderately stretchy and soft. It's not incredibly delicate so you don't have to worry too much about fraying or ripping. The wetlook portion of the dress looks sort of like a pleather or vinyl but it's much more flexible and breathable. It still gets hot, though! It's smooth and silky on one side and rougher, more like cotton, on the other.
*Design/craftsmanship: Simple, Little shape to the torso
Measurements are for the large. I suggest ordering up a size if you are on the border or want to wear this out without pulling down on the dress all the time.
The dress is one piece with a slight silhouette. From arm pit to arm pit it measures 17 1/2", the waist is 15 1/2", and he very bottom is 19 1/2" across. When the dress is laying down it doesn't really look like that much of a silhouette. It also doesn't feel that way on but that's probably because I fit in the medium not the large for most of the measurements (I got the large for length and I'm glad I did!).
In terms of length it should fall right below your butt. From the neck line to the bottom hem it is 30" long. The hem from under the arm pit and going down to the hem is 24". The bust is a heart line. There is no padding, designated cups, or underwire. In the middle of the chest is ruching that offers some definition. The neck is 8 1/2" across and the top of the arms have an opening of 6 1/2". The bottom is a fitted sleeve.
The back is gorgeous. The flowery lace covers the entire back and from the sides it shows half of your side through it.
Clearly, a bra can't be worn without being seen. The back dips low and has a 3 1/2" low rise. From the bottom of the dip to the bottom of the hem the "skirt" measures 11 3/4" long.
The inside of the dress has no lining or elastic bands of any kind.
Care/Maintenance/Presentation:
Due to the nature of the material, this should only be hand washed and hung dry. It came in a plastic bag on a plastic hanger. Nothing special.
*Sizing/fit: Runs pretty true to size, but a little short
My decision to get a large has to do with wanting to wear this out and have it not be too short. I'm sort of glad I got a large because I bet the medium would be too short on me. Chemises and babydolls from Coquette fit me in a medium but are usually showing a little cheek. That's alright for the bedroom but not the club! The body of this is too loose on me, but with how hot the material gets, ordering up can make this not stick as much. I'd rather have it be a little loose than too short and unable to wear it out. A tighter fit would have been nice from the medium, but it would have been a gamble.

Experience
According to their sizing chart, the L should fit a size 12-14 dress, C chest, 38-40" band, 30-32" waist, and 40-42" hip.
At the time of this review I am about 145 pounds, size 8 in most jeans, 8/9 in dresses, 36 D bra or DD (on occasion), 34.5" under bust, ~41" bust, 39" hip, and 30" waist. (Note my measurements have changed.)
The dress is supposed to be form fitted, but in the large it doesn't really pull snug on me anywhere unless I open my legs a little bit. In this case it stretches across my butt. When I sit, there's ripples or extra fabric around the waist and a little around the hips. I'd say this dress is fairly accurate to the chart considering I'm lower than all the measurements or on the lowest end. The bust will fit larger than a C. I'd say it would comfortably fit a DD too. The lace stretches and so does the wetlook material. You could add an inch or two to my band and waist before it would start to stretch the lace. Be mindful that the material will shine on bulges etc and shows VPL fairly easily. I'm wearing no bra and a seamless thong with the dress.
My Re-done chart/BEST fit: For large
Dress: 10-12 (size 14 should order up if you don't fit the ranges)
Cup: C-DD
Band: 35-39" (underneath your breasts)
Waist: 31-33"
Hips: 39-42"
Height: Any taller than 5'8" it might be dangerously short, especially if you have a chest larger than C.
*Possible accessories:
SHOES: I am wearing the Captiva 609 from Pleaser
But the wetlook isn't actually that shiny, so I found a boot that is a better match material wise. Below if the Adore 2023 boots.
I'd hate to see anyone hide their legs in this dress, but if you'd like to cover up more:
Wetlook Thigh High Stockings
*Conclusion: ★★★★★
When I first put this on I was dissapointed in it being a bit big in certain places, but I made my peace with it since I know the length would probably be too short if I ordered the dress since that fits more appropriately. This dress is so much fun to wear and doesn't scream BDSM. The back is open and ultra sexy too! It can get a little hot, but you'll look hotter.
And here is a pics of it on another model:

Follow-up commentary
3 months after original review
I still really like this dress, but it's too big for me now. It's not frumpy looking, but I'd like it to be tighter. I'll probably wear it out to a concert or something Halloweenie and then pass it on.
