I'll Pass (OS)
These probably aren't the worst stockings you could get, but they're not all that great either. They will pair well with other items; but they're rough, a bit itchy, and the tops seem to roll no matter where you have them sitting.

Pros
Sturdy, Should last a while, Pair well with things
Cons
Only good for small thighs, Itchy, Rough netting, Rolls no matter where you put them
What are they, and how can I wear them?
These are thigh highs from Leg Avenue. They can be worn with a variety of different outfits, and even with garter belts if you're not doing much moving.
Cool. What does the packaging look like?
Your typical Leg Avenue packaging basically. There's a cardboard sheath that covers the stockings in a plastic wrapper. The front features a model wearing the stockings and the back has information on materials, care, and sizing. These are listed as 96% Nylon and 4% Spandex, and should be hand washed warm and drip dried. You can probably run them through the washer with a lingerie bag and drip dry them, but do so at your own risk.
Ok, tell me about the sizing.
These are another set that are going to be better for smaller thighs. When worn lower down on my leg just above the knee (16 1/2" around) there was no muffin topping, but when worn higher up where I normally like to wear them (21" around) it was pretty unflattering. My inseam is about 29" and I was able to get them almost up to my crotch, but they didn't stay there long because of the muffin topping.
Gotcha. What about the design?
These are pretty as close to your "standard" fishnet thigh highs as you're gonna get. The top band is about 2" tall and pretty thick. It will roll if you're wearing it too high up, and is too thick to be all that practical in a garter belt for extended periods of time. The netting is pretty standard as far as sizing goes, and the toes aren't reinforced. However the netting does get drawn in so there's not really any issues with toes popping out if you have everything positioned right.
What's the quality like?
Not horrible, but not super fantastic either. They'll last if you take care of them, but they're not indestructible. They're rough, but not rough enough to be really scratchy, and there weren't any loose threads or ends.
Got any pictures?
Yep! Here's one that shows the toes. There were some others, but imageshack thought it best to delete them unfortunately.

Experience
Overall they don't feel all that comfortable. The netting isn't super rough, but doesn't feel very soft, and the bands dig in unless I put them right above my knees, which kind of sucks. Even the netting had left marks when I took them off! They even roll when they're right above my knee! Maybe I got a weird set, but I just don't like these as much as everybody else who's reviewed them. I wore them around the house for a while and felt like they were itchy, uncomfortable, and not what I would really call sexy.
