I don't have sideways oval breasts, I have round ones!
The Open Back Floral Dress has so much going for it. I just am not a fan of the chest. I'm sure it'll work for some, but for me, I find it uncomfortable. It's got gorgeous lace and a nice design otherwise, It's still a keeper to me.

Pros
Nice shape, Cap sleeves, Nice lace, Accurate to chart
Cons
Chest area is odd and small for OS
I actually got the Open Back Floral Dress from my Secret Santa for Christmas. Thanks again, by the way! There are a lot of things I love about this, but one very important thing royally pisses me off - the size and shape of the chest area. Placed properly, it cuts into me, but I don't think it's just me and big boobies! The shape isn't ideal. I can say this is a good one for those who have smaller chests! From the Kissable collection, this piece is from an affordable line by Coquette. These items are regretfully not individually sized. The OS is fairly decent, as long as you don't have big boobs!
*Contents/overview: One piece dress
The Open Back Floral Dress by Coquette is a little black, lace dress with stretchy floral pattern, low heart chest line, eye and hook closure, and key hole back opening. It has no built in bra or underwire, but does have a support seam under the chest. It's available in sizes OS, and PSOS.
*Material: Nice
The mini-dress is made of 100% nylon exclusive of trim which is the small satin bow in the center of the chest and the polyester trim. The lace feels of high quality, soft, and stretchy. It's not at all abrasive and isn't scratchy. It's got a pretty floral pattern to it that has varying levels of density so it creates different shades of "black/grey" on the skin. It's somewhat see-through.
*Design/craftsmanship: Awesome except for the chest!
From the center of the chest to the bottom hem it is 21" long. Arm pit to arm pit it is about 15" and the center of the waist is about 13". The length is a short, but still really cute. This would look adorable with little black or pink boy shorts!
Unstretched the keyhole is about 6" by 6". It has an eye and hook closure just like a bra. There are three choices and doubles eye and hooks. The chest area has cups that are 4 1/2" tall, but when stretched over a body(or larger boobs) sideways they shorten up. The top has a polyester trim that will cut into chests that don't fit into the cups. Fake breasts might fare better, but it's no guarantee. the chest has no underwire or doubling of fabric of any kind. The only support is a thick polyester trim that is supposed to lay underneath the breasts.
The sleeves are super cute. They can be worn as cap sleeves off or on the shoulders. Either looks great. They have a ruffling and elastic in them. Those who wear L or XL tees might find them uncomfortable. The very bottom of the dress has the same pink ruffled edge as the sleeves. Matching is a pink satin bow in the center of the chest. Thankfully, it is not over-sized and tacky.
*Cleaning/care/storage: Hand wash/Box
The dress comes in a nice, long, cardboard box. It's white with pink accents. The front has a nice picture of the model wearing the dress. It can open from the top or bottom. Opening it from the top makes it easy for reusing again. I believe it also came in a plastic bag inside the box. The tag says to hand wash and hang dry. This did just fine in the wash on a short cool cycle. I did hang it to dry, though.
*Sizing/fit: Decent for OS, Very accurate to chart, Small bust area
I asked for the OS since most often it fits really well. This one fits well in all areas except the bust.
According to their current sizing chart, the OS should fit a dress size 6-12 dress, B cups, 36-38" band, 28-30" waist, 38-40" hip, and 120-150 pounds. At the time of this review I was about 145 pounds, size 8 in most jeans, 8/9 in dresses, 34/36 D chest, 38.5" hip, and 30" waist.
The chest and band are the biggest issues. To be fair, the chest does seem accurate to the chart, but I still think it could be a bit better designed to look great on medium sized chests while still being comfortable on larger ones. In relation to the sleeves, the band across the back, and the bottom of the chest, where this wanted to fit felt really uncomfortable because it cut into the top of my breast or made it so it would slid up and not be under by breast. It's just all sorts of awkward. I thought this would be cute over a tank, but the bust works even less over a bra. It's clear it's too small because the bust line falls well above the bottom of my breasts and if I pull it down, it only covers about half.

Experience
The rest of this fits really well. It has a little bit of flow at the bottom and around the hips on me, but is still form fitted enough to not look sloppy. I prefer to wear the eye and hooks on the last hook (possibly due to my chest being bigger than the suggested), but this means that it probably won't fit the highest marks on the given band range.
My Re-done chart/BEST fit: For the OS
Dress: 6-10
Cup: B-C
Band: 34-37" (It will cut into someone with 37"+ band))
Waist: 28-32"
Hips: 38-40"
Weight: 115-155 lbs
I really like the back.
But it's really short!
Here is the bust. It looks good here, but I am holding my shoulders back so it keeps the band below my breasts. It's also cutting in on top.
*Possible accessories:
I honestly think all you need is a black thong! Sadly it doesn't come with one. The one below is very similar to the one I am wearing.
Black Mesh Thong
*Conclusion: 4 stars ★★★★
For me, this is a 3 star item, but for others in general, I'll give it 4. The bust area probably won't be comfortable for many in the large C and above category. The rest is great, though! It also might work over a tank, but it didn't for me since a bra makes this even worse.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
Because of the wonderful comments you guys gave, I decided to keep this one! It looks really cute with tank underneath!
It has been washed in a washer and dryer and is just fine.
