It is soft where it needs to be and durable where it needs to be. Just a really really fun item. The hat needs a little TLC once you get it because in shipping it is flattened. However, if you will just unfold it, and let it sit out for a few days before you want to wear it, it turns out fine. The size is important. Be sure to look at the size chart when ordering. There is not much give in the mid section of this garment. It zips up in the back and the back has some give to it. However, if you were going to wear this out and for a while it might begin to feel a little constraining after a while. I have gal friends who are a bit larger around the waist and they would not be able to wear this unless they ordered a bigger size than normal. Nevertheless, even if you order a bigger size to accommodate a larger frame, the rest of it is meant to be loose fitting so you will have fun with it.


It is also an item that does provide a bit of coverage in all the places that might need to be covered in public. It is a great garment for any type of dress up like Halloween. Hey, you even get a foam sword to carry around… It is fun.


One of the things I noticed right away: This product does not come with any panties. Not a big deal if you're just wearing it for dress up with your husband… but if you are planning on going out, you might want to invest in some. Maybe a nice frilly lacy full-bottomed panty that can be accidentally on purpose exposed from time to time…

A great costume. However, I really don't find myself wearing it a lot other than as a costume. But it is a great costume.
