Well I ordered this in a large. The reason I did so was to give it to my aunt as a gift, she loved it. So she gave me all the info on it to be able to write a review. From this point on when I say "she" I am referring to my aunt, that I gave this heart robe and matching chemise to.


Included in this is a robe and a chemise that matches. On the back of the robe is a heart cut out with lace material over it. The nice thing about this lace is that it is soft, so not annoying, like lace can normally be. The robe comes in a beautiful red color with a silky feel to it.

This set is made of nylon with spandex straps on it. Being that it is made of spandex and nylon, this is a strong and durable material. Also, due to the materials, this should be hand washed on a colder setting because it won't stand up to heat well. With that being said, this set should also be air dried, not put in the dryer. A quick spin in the dryer to help remove wrinkles shouldn't hurt anything, but don't allow it to stay in for a full cycle.

The chemise is a v-neck and has straps that criss cross. While the robe has long sleeves and of course being a robe the tie to keep it together. Both of these look shiny on the outside, but more matte on the inner part. According to Dreamgirl, a large should fit size 10-14, bust(in) 36 - 38, waist(in) 28 - 32, hip(in) 38 - 40, inseam 35½, rise(in) 8 - 8½, and weight(lb) 140 - 150. My aunt said this sizing fit her very well just like she wanted it to.

This product is still well liked by the person wearing it. I chatted with her about it and it is still a great and well loved product. Too bad it has been discontinued; I may have gotten myself one.
