Pros
More coverage than other naughty nurse costumes, holds up well, easy care, affordable.
Cons
Sizing is a bit on the small side, zipper doesn't stay up well on an ample bosom
Need to dispense the right dose of "special medicine"? It's easy when you dress in the Head nurse costume by Leg Avenue! It isn't too revealing and is suitable for either bedroom play or to wear to a costume party. It comes with a couple extra accessories, but feel free to add your own personal finishing touches. Before you know it, your patient(s) will be lined up for triage with you!
SIZING:
This outfit is available in either S/M (sizes 5-8) or M/L (sizes 10-14). I selected the latter size, which was slightly on the small side, but it fit, save for one area, which I will get to shortly. The manufacturer's website shows that it is available in an XL; however, not on this site at the time of this review. I'd love to see EdenFantasys carry more plus sizes in the future for us curvier gals, especially if the manufacturer offers them! The M/L fits tightly across my 38D breasts, but comfortably elsewhere. The length is perfect for my 5'7" frame, falling just below my buttocks. It's just long enough to wear in public and just short enough to offer a glimpse at my cute tush, especially should a patient fall "unconscious" before me!
MATERIAL AND DESIGN:
This halter-style dress is constructed of a smooth, silky-feeling polyester, which is very comfortable, although in warm conditions it did feel a bit sticky across the covered parts. The open back nicely accentuates the shoulders and upper torso. The zipper begins around the belly-button and stops just around the top of the cleavage. However in my case, because of my larger breasts, the zipper tends to slide downward of its own accord, the only downside to this costume, and not necessarily a manufacturing issue. For that reason alone, I probably could have used the XL!
There are 5 pleats across the front of the loose-fitting skirt, each about 5" apart, creating a panel effect. No pleats are located on the backside. For the M/L, the skirt portion is about 7" long.
The red trim, in addition to the white cross on the left breast, adds a bit of stylish flair to the costume. The headpiece and the fake plastic stethoscope are nothing special, but they do authenticate the costume with some realism.
CARE:
Hand wash cold, no chlorine bleach, no iron, hang dry. Simple! I admit, I've even thrown it in the dryer on accident once and it held up fine.
Considering I've owned this costume almost 2 years, it has held up extremely well, other than the zipper slipping down, again a problem I attribute to my two large endowments. Therefore, I deem it an overall well-made piece at an affordable price.

Experience
This outfit has served me well during many medical role-plays, almost all in which I don gloves, a mask, matching white thigh-highs with red ribbons, and red pumps. I then proceed to do a prostate check on my patient and milk him.
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
This is still one of the better made nurse costumes available and I'll probably repurchase it should my zipper go bust because of MY big BUST! I've seen a few others that were cute, but I don't want to mess with ties. This one is just easy on/easy off.

Thank you for your super helpful costume review! Too bad this will never fit my bust size.
