I ordered and received the beautiful Butterfly Accent Royal Blue Chemise and G-string recently. The color is so vibrant and rich. Unfortunately, the Chemise and G-string are no longer available in this sumptous color. It is available in black or red every bit as beautiful. I'm even thinking about getting the Chemise in black.

Fantasys Lingerie Butterfly Accent Royal Blue Chemise and G-string are made of mesh. The Chemise has double butterflys one on top of the other across the center of the breasts area. The beautiful butterflys are quite different from eachother. There are no butterflys on the G-string. It would be so cute if there were, though.

The sides of the Chemise have a hankerchief hemline, a favorite of mine. There's a light sprinkling of the same shade of royal blue sequins across the double butterflys. Some of the sequins have a randomly placed tiny bead sitting on top of them. The little beads are also the same shade of royal blue. There is one larger bead where the body of the largest butterfly meets the largest of the 2 butterflys' wings. There are 2 adjustable shoulder straps neutrally placed.

The Chemise is an empire waist design. The body of it flares out moving down to the bottom. There are only 2 seams, 1 on each side. The elasticized empire waist measures 13" from left to right. Stretching the waist band left to right, the mesasurement is right at 19" maximum. The satin look elastic is sewen on the surface of the fabric right under the lower breast line.

The flared skirt begins right under the bust line and measures 19". From left to right at the bottom of the flared skirt, it measures 23". It is also elasticized. The maximum stretched measurement is 33". The elastic is sewen on the inside ot the skirt bottom.

Attached at the bottom of the skirt is an even more flared piece that measures 2 1/4" top to bottom. The hankerchief hemline is created on both sides without a side seam. Instead of a seam the 2 sides of it overlap, front to back. The length of the skirt from the center front is 17". The sides length is 22".

There is a large butterfly applique across the center of the breasts out to just before the nipples. It is made of a fine sheer fabric. Embroidery creates the butterfly design. At the center of where the wings meet is where the second butterfly is stacked on top on the larger one. It is an embroidered applique.

Elastic circles around from the back and flows up under the arms on up making the shoulder straps. There is some stretch to the adjustable straps. This minimal stretch adds some support for the breasts. There is a short piece of elastic from the top outer edge of each large wing anchoring the butterfly.

The G-string is a small elongated triangle measuring 5" at the top left to right with a downward angle of 6". The same satin look elastic circles the waist. It also encircles the legs on up between the buttocks.

Looking at the fine mesh work of the Chemise and G-string, I can see it is well woven. All the seams are even, reinforced and well sewen. The set is 100% nylon. Care instructions on a garment label states to "machine wash - warm on gentle cycle washing dark clothes separately". It can be dried in a dryer on low and removed right away when dry. I would line dry because I'm concerned that too hot of a temperature might cause the garments to shrink. I've had too many experiences using a dryer as recommended and the garment shrunk.

I usually wear a size medium in Fantasys Lingerie garments. I ordered size large because I wanted as loose a fit possible while having a good bust fit. The sizes available are small, medium, large, 1x, 2x, and 3x. I'm quite pleased that I ordered the size large. I definitely would have been unhappy with the snugger fit of the medium size even though I like to wear a somewhat snug fit with my clothes. The Chemise fits quite well. I can't speak about the G-string fit because I have a little bit of love handles and tummy pooch preventing me from getting an accurate judgement. I don't have perky breast so I would have preferred a bit more breast support. However, there is some adequate support for perkier breasts.

Butterfly accent chemise is such a lovely piece. I like how it fits and the flow of the skirt. It's sexy and durable at the same time. The quality of the mesh is great. The chemise has held up well through wearing it many times and several washes. I can't wait to wear it for my new guy. I'm sure he'll be impressed with it, or I should say, me wearing it.
