For When You Don't Feel Like Wearing A Garter Belt
Or at least when you don't feel like fumbling with the clasps and separate belt and all that. These aren't going to fit a wide variety of people, at least in the waist area, but they do sit and feel much like a pair of stockings attached to a garter belt.

Pros
Soft, Relatively comfortable, Will look good on tall and short legs
Cons
Won't last a really long time, Won't fit hips bigger than about 37"
Do you enjoy wearing sheer stockings but hate having to get out the separate belt and try to make those silly clasps work properly? Well a pair of pantyhose like this could be the answer to your question.
The packaging is typical from Leg Avenue, wrapped around a piece of cardboard in a bag, etc. The outer cardboard insert shows a model wearing the pantyhose, and gives you the sizing (one size, 90-160 pounds), the materials (85% Nylon and 15% Spandex), as well as the washing instructions (hand wash warm, drip dry).
While this is just one single pair of stockings, it's made up of a few different parts, so I'll go over them semi-separately. When you first go to put them on, you'll need to stretch out and slip your leg through the waist band. It's a lovely floral lace, about 3" in height. It stretches up to about 15" or so when laid flat, but I had a hard time getting the waistband to fit over my hips, at least comfortably, and I'm only about 37" around in that area. The waistband then connects to the "garter straps" which consist of the same material as the rest of the stocking, only shaped like actual garter straps and connecting the top and the stockings. There's no real defining edge, at least from the front. But the hole in between the bottom of the waistband and the top of the leg of the stocking sits about 11", and will stretch up to about 19". From there we continue on down the rest of the stocking. It's sheer, and soft, and delicate. I have no runs yet, but even after only one use I already have some pulls in the fabric (sort of horizontal runs, only they don't run). Rather than being like your usual straight "tube" stocking, these have the feet shaped out, like a sock might. The toe is reinforced as well, but make sure your toenails don't have any snags, because while they're reinforced, they still seem pretty fragile there.
To put these on, you'll want to hook your thumb through the waistband first to make sure you don't lose track of it, and then shimmy the rest of the stocking up like you would to put them on anyway. That large hole in the side can make it difficult to keep track of where everything is, and can cause some tangling after you take them off. You'll want to make sure that you're not going to snag the material, as it does seem rather delicate. As long as your hips aren't much more than 37" around, you'll be able to wear these. They bunch a little behind the ankles on shorter folks, but will stretch out on taller folks as well. When I put them on initially they came about 23 1/2" up my leg from my heel. I normally like to wear my stockings about 26" up, and was able to pull these up for that, but in order for the "straps" to not be hanging, I had to hike the waistband up too. My thighs are just about 17" around and nothing felt too tight, so there's some stretch and wiggle room in the legs. The waistband tended to sit right on top of my belly rings, and that measures about 30" around. It sat comfortably, even if it did look like the top to a lacy pair of "mom jeans". In other words, these sit high on the waist, especially if you're short. (I'm about 5'2")
As for the crotchless part, that part worked very well. Aside from some readjustments based on personal preference, I didn't have to adjust these for anything sex related. The space given for crotchal access is more than adequate to allow access to either hole, and won't get in the way of any male genitalia either. If you want to wear these as a sexy treat for someone, but don't want to have to worry about your underwear getting in the way, put your underwear on over the stockings. This way you can have the protection you might want, but you won't have to stop everything to remove them completely.

Experience
Honestly, I'm a little torn on these. I do like that they're crotchless successfully, I do like that they're comfortable and soft. I don't like that I feel like I'm failing at trying to put them on, although that hole in the side needs to be there to resemble a garter belt more accurately. I love the way the lace waistband looks, but I hate how it somehow manages to give me body issues when I know I shouldn't have any while trying to get it up over my hips. So I'm just a little torn on these.
However, it's feasible to get a good number of uses out of these (provided you're careful) and they're not exactly expensive. For the people who they will fit, they'll look good. They'll look better on taller legs than on shorter legs, but they don't make us short ladies look ridiculous either. They get a solid 3 1/2" stars from me, but since I can't do half stars and the price seems to compensate for having to replace them if you get a tear, I'll bump them up to 4. They aren't meant to last you forever, and they won't especially if you're rough. But they're not all that bad either.
