For the Tall Gals!
These stockings get 5 stars because of their good quality and length. They don't run easily and have a reinforced top with bands of adhesive. They also fit meatier thighs well. Tall girls will find that these don't fall short either.

Pros
Reinforced top, adhesive bands keep them up, pretty lace, bright color, good quality
Cons
Not for shorter women (5'4" or shorter)
These are one of the best pairs of stockings that I own from Leg Avenue. They still are not perfect though. A lot of Leg Avenue's thigh highs are under $5. These are a bit more and the difference is obvious. They really are of higher quality. I got these as one of the choices to wear with my Halloween costume back in October. They were not the ones that I ended up wearing, but they have worked with countless pieces of lingerie.
These also come in two other colors: black and white
*Contents/overview:
This pair of stockings from Leg Avenue have a fishnet pattern. They have a closed toe and back seam. They can be used with or without garters, but don't need them because they have a lace top. They are one size fits most, but won't work for shorter women.
*Material/color: durable but soft
These stockings are made of 88% nylon and 12% spandex. The top also has a lace band. The lace has a flower and swirl pattern. Both materials have a durable feeling but are still soft enough to not feel abrasive against the skin. The pattern is a standard fishnet. The stretch ability is excellent. They stretch a great amount and go back to their original shape without showing wear. This goes for the lace top too. It stretches a good amount but not so much that it doesn't hold the stocking up on the thigh.
The color is a very vibrant red- think bright and fresh blood.
*Design/craftsmanship: excellent
These stockings are very pretty! The prettiest part is the 3" thick lace band at the top. The very top has a scalloped edge. Each scallop is about an inch wide. The flowery swirl print looks lovely against the skin of the thigh. The largest difference between the stocking that are a few bucks cheaper than these is that they don't have the extra reinforcement that these stockings do. There are two lines of a sort of adhesive on the inside of the band. I am unsure if this contains any latex. If you have an allergy use caution. The lines can harden or rub off a bit with time making them less effective. It takes years to do this however. I have been lucky enough to still have some stockings that are that old. The back seam is thin and slightly jagged. This is because it follows the line of fishnet pattern. The toes closed and are not reinforced, but they fishnet holes are small enough that my toes don't poke through uncomfortably.
*Cleaning/care/storage: typical
I was surprised with how well these hold up. I wear heels a lot. The heels sometimes make contact with the fishnets but have never caused damage. This means you don't have to treat them like rice paper when putting them on or taking them off. Because of the adhesive like lines in the lace, I would not recommend putting these in a dryer. They do fine in a washer if and only if they are put in a lingerie bag or pillow case (tied) in cold water. I would hand wash them and then drip dry. The lace may need to by ironed on very low heat. They come wrapped around a cardboard insert which is inside a plastic bag. Then there is a cardboard piece that goes over this. It shows pictures of the item and has brief care instructions. You can put them back how they came or fold them like socks for storage.

Experience
*Sizing/Application: work for larger thighs and best for tall women
These stockings are "one size fits most". This means, according to the package, that they should fit women weighing 90-160 pounds. I would say that these are best for the mid range up through and past the end range. They probably are better for 110-170 pounds. I say this because the thigh band is very accommodating.
The height is best for women who are 5'5" and higher, maybe even up to 5'10" or so. I am 5'6 and these easily come all the up to the top of my thigh touching my butt in the back. I can pull them down a bit to have more space. If you are shorter though, they will bunch if you have to do anymore pulling them down.
For me, I did not need garters. The thigh band fit comfortably around my thigh without cutting in. They also stayed up nicely and didn't roll. They did crimp if they were pulled all the way up though. They will fit up to about 26" thighs without cutting in much at all. On smaller thighs (less than 21") they might fall down.
*Best Fit Chart:
Pounds: 110-170
Height: 5'5"-5'10"
Thigh circumference: 21"-26"
Conclusion:
These stockings get 5 stars because of their good quality and length. They don't run easily and have a reinforced top with bands of adhesive. They also fit meatier thighs well.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
These stockings are still some of my favorites. They have held up even after multiple wears. I have worn them out and in bed. They have also gone through several washings and have held up through that as well. I definintely still recommend these and plan on getting more when these wear out.

Great review, as always. Unfortunately, I think I'm too short for these at 5'2". Bummer.
