The fabric it is made out of is not the softest but it is not uncomfortable either. The nylon is not rough against the skin and the spandex that is woven in stretches the crisscross top very well over the breasts. The thong with it is very sexy and made of nylon as well it is not as comfortable as I would like, but it is comfortable enough. The patch of fabric used for a liner on the panties fits and covers very well. I believe that if you wash it in cold water it would be fine in a regular washer and probably would be best line dried. The garter clips are a bit tough at first but I am sure with use they will ease up a bit. When it has been used at all the clips stay tight but after about 6 months use I'm sure those garter clips will slip in place just fine without the struggle. It comes in sizes S/M and M/L. I myself ordered the M/L, and the medium-large fits quite well there is no slack on the fabric at all.
