Flattens, not flatters your breasts!
I could have done without this one. It didn't flatter my figure, instead it mashed my breasts flat. Looked a bit cheap out of the packaging. It would probably be better suited for very petite girls with small breasts. I'll definitely stick with the sweetheart cut from now on.

Pros
side zips and back laces
Cons
not for the full figured or busty, smashes breasts down, no lift or underwire, cheap looking
After having much success with Black Tesa`s sweetheart corset, I really wanted to get another one. Little did I know that the sweetheart corset and the classic corset would differ so much.
(Front & Back views of packaged corset.)
My Black Tesa's sweetheart corset ran a bit big in a size 38. (I'm 5'2", 135 pounds, and a 36DD/DDD.) So I decided this go round, to size down to a 36. That was mistake number one. The good thing about the Red Tesa's classic corset is the fact that it not only side zips, but it laces up the back. So even if you fail a bit on sizing, you can pretty much make it work.
I found this particular corset to lack the ability to really give your body a figure flattering shape. Instead of pushing my girls up, everything ended up just kind of smooshed in. COMPLETELY different experience than I had with my sweetheart corset.
I think this corset would be ideal for the small busted. Big boobie girls, BEWARE!
It has a solid pattern and does not contain any underwire. (Another red flag for girls with big or sagging breasts.) It does have plastic boning but I've yet to figure out what that really achieves.
It is measured by Escante, whom I really adore and is a one sizes fits MOST. If you are plus sized, don't bother with this. You will definitely be let down.
As for what it looks like out of the package versus on site, not what I expected. It looks kind of cheap in person. I really hate to bash this corset. Because I love Escante and ADORE my Black Tesa Sweetheart Corset. But this one just fell short on so many levels.
I guess you have to kiss a few frogs before you find the prince, right?

Follow-up commentary

Nothing has changed. It still is ill fitting and NOT figure flattering. A big disappointment since my Sweetheart Tesa corset is so amazing. Buyer beware. I'd only pick this up if you are ultra petite and don't have much in the way of breasts.
