Feeling slutty, but oh so sexy!

This beautiful black and red dress is not the shy and modest. This dress will give you killer cleavage, and it will hug your body. It will also show off your legs, and perhaps even a hint of your ass. It shows a lot of skin on me, but it makes me feel absolutely sexy -- even if I do look like a whore in it.

extremely useful review
I fell in love with the dress the moment that I saw it, but I didn't think it would work for my body type. Still, I had to have it. I waited anxiously for the dress to come back in stock, and as soon as it did, I ordered it. Two days later, the dress was on my body, and I was in absolute awe. I looked myself up and down in the mirror, and while the dress didn't slim my curvy figure as I had hoped that it would, I looked damn good! I'm not usually a big fan of how my breast look, but they looked fantastic in this dress! I couldn't stop looking at myself -- the dress is just that sexy!

Sadly, however, there's no way that I could EVER wear this in public -- unless I were in Las Vegas, or visiting the Red Light District in Amsterdam. I'm not saying that this dress will make everyone look a bit whore-y when they wear it, but it definitely made me look like a high class whore. It's a good thing that my partner finds the whore look to be incredibly sexy -- and it's even better that I agree.

Basics:
This sexy (and somewhat slutty) dress is brought to us by Coquette. At $61.99, it is one of Coquette's more expensive items, but it's totally worth it!

The dress does not come with any undergarments, so you'll need to provide your own if you choose to wear them. Personally, I've chosen to go without them while wearing this sexy number.

Material & Care:
According to the tag, the dress is made out of 100% Polyester, exclusive of the decoration.

When I purchased this item, I was expecting the material to be very similar to Coquette's wetlook items. This black material does have a shine to it, like the Wetlook items do, but that's where the similarities end. Even the shine on this dress is different -- it's not as bright as the wetlook items. It looks a lot classier, too.

The black material features a sort of leathery textured look. It feels very smooth and cool to the touch. The black fabric is thick, and it doesn't have much stretch to it. There is, however, some elastic sewn into the waistband, but the stretch from that is quite limited.

The red panel in the back of the dress thinner than the black material. It's also not shiny, like the black material. It is, however, bright. The bright red looks great next to the shiny black material. The red material does stretch, as well.

The interior of the dress is very soft. Honestly, it's so soft that I feel like petting it. It definitely feels nice against my skin!

All of the material feels VERY durable.

To care for this dress, you need to hand wash it and then allow it to line dry.

Sizing:
Coquette has made this dress available in three sizes: small, medium, and large. I chose to purchase this in the large.

According to the size chart, a large should fit someone with the following measurements:
Cups: C
Bust: 38 - 40"
Waist: 30 - 32"
Hips: 40 - 42"

I wear a 34d bra, and have a 32" waist. My hips measure 40".

In order for this to fit me, I had to loosen up the lacing in the back. The lacing is awesome, because it really allows you to custom fit this to your body. The trouble is, once you have the red panel all the way stretched out, you can't loosen it any further.

Anyway, the dress fits my breasts fine. In fact, this dress could easily fit up to a DD, and perhaps even larger, assuming that the rest of your measurements fall in the size chart.

The dress could certainly fit someone a few inches below the size chart as far as the waist and hip measurements go -- but I don't believe that it would fit above the size chart.

My only real complaint about this item is the length. It's quite short. I'm 5'6", and this dress just barely covered my ass. There's no way that I could EVER wear this in public.
Experience
Design:
This dress features a zippered front, making it very easy to put on and take off. The zipper itself is silver in color, and it features a large ring, so it's quite easy to grab a hold of.

The dress also has removable shoulder straps. The straps are also adjustable. I, personally, prefer to wear the straps, as I find that they provide me with a little extra support. I am able to wear the dress without the straps though, as the boning that is found on the upper portion of the dress helps to hold the top up. The only trouble is, the bust is a little big for me, so it kind of gaps away from my breasts without the straps. With the straps, however, I get cleavage that is to die for!

The top of the dress features boning, as I stated above. The boning is plastic, but it's a firm plastic. It has a little flexibility to it, but it still manages to hold me in place. Two pieces of boning are found on the front, two pieces are found on the back, and one piece is found on each side of the dress.

The waistband of the dress features an elastic band. The elastic band is not visible, as it's covered with the black material. That being said, you can see the seams that surround the waistband. The waistband offers some stretch -- but it's not going to help very much.

The lower portion of the dress is just meant to hug your curves. There are some seams that go down the dress, but they don't serve any purpose. The seams in the lower portion of the dress not feature any boning at all.

Flipping the dress around, there's the red panel. The red panel is bordered with a row of silver eyelets on each side. There is black lacing woven through those eyelets. Now, the interesting thing about the lacing is that you don't adjust it from the bottom or the top. Rather, you adjust it from the middle! The lacing is actually tied at the bottom, but the lacing is pulled in such a way that allows the extra lacing to be tied in a bow at the middle. To adjust it, untie that bow, and just sort of slowly pull and adjust both the bottom and top, until you it as you desire. Then, tie the bow again.

The last thing that that's worth noting about this particular dress is the garters. This dress features 4 garter straps -- 2 in the front, and 2 in the back. The garters are not removable. They're also not adjustable. They do, however, feature metal garter clasps, which is nice.

Quality:
The quality is excellent, though the zipper does sometimes stick. I'm very picky about the garments that I won, but I didn't notice a single flaw in this piece. It's truly fantastic!
Follow-up commentary
I do still like this dress, but I've started to like it a little less. I have worn the dress 3 times so far, and it's already started to show some signs of wear around the zipper. The zipper sticks a lot, which is really annoying. It's also fraying a little around the zipper, which is a bit disappointing, considering the high costs.

Don't get me wrong, I still feel sexy in this one, but when I remember how much I paid for it? Well, it's just a little disheartening.
