Everything's Coming up Roses!
Although the fit is loose, the cut is flattering and the set is comfortable. It allows you to look sexy without feeling compressed or pinched. In my book, that's a win. The colors are great and the material is soft. It's a great set to purchase for the coming warmer months!

Panty a Bit Too Loose
This set is perfect for Spring! The air is warming up, the birds are singing and it's time to move out of that dark colored lingerie and unpack your pastels! This set is a great addition to your collection; it's feminine and classic with a Spring feel to it.
The set comes packed in a plastic bag, with the small text Coquette printed all over it in gold lettering. It would be suitable enough for gifting, but comes with my hanger or box. The garters are in their own small plastic bag and are attached to the main item with a small safety pin. The panty is loose in the bag.
There is a thick cardboard tag with the item, detailing the item name and brand name of the set.
The panty is an interesting design, and although minimalist in nature, does lend a bit of excitement to the set. I enjoyed the way the single straps meet in the back just above your rear to set it off nicely. The fit is snug but comfortable. There is, however, no cotton lining of any kind in the panties. The widest point of the panty is 4 1/4", and the triangle created by the lace is 14 1/4" long. It is a pretty scant panty, not covering a ton of ground, but it is loose fitting and comfortable. It has a roughly 35" waist circumference; which I found too loose.
The garters are basic, and have clear plastic clips on either end. They are adjustable from 6" to 9" in length.
The bustier is very flattering and feminine. The cups are lined and comfortable, and I found the bra portion supportive and flattering. The cups measure 7" wide, with an inch in between. It was nice to feel as though my chest was supported; lots of lingerie sets leave the girls to fend for themselves, which isn't something I care for. There is center line of black elastic that runs where your natural waist would be. I assume this is accentuate your waist and help give you an hourglass figure. The straps on the bustier match the straps on the garters exactly, and are adjustable as well. They can be expanded to 17" in length. I am a generous C cup, and the bra cups fit nicely, but are not at all snug.

The details on this set really make all the difference. The back of the bustier is closed up with a series of hook and eye closures. Beneath the hook and eye closures, there is a panel of soft fabric for the wearer's comfort.
The center panel of the bustier has some ruched sheer overlay material. It creates a tummy panel that helps to hide any extra bulk you have in that area. It creates a nice line, and is really very flattering. The bra cups have the same detailing, which really pulls the entire piece together.
The bottom hem of the bustier is actual a series of layers. They have no hems, and are simply cut layers of lace. So far, even though it concerned me, they have held up well and show no signs of fraying or unraveling.
I tend to buy a size up when I buy lingerie, to accommodate my chest and avoid bunching and stretching. I don't like tight lingerie. I ordered the 1X/2X set. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit of this set. It runs a bit loose which is perfect. It allows it to be flattering and pretty, with no stress lines or pulling. I'm 5"9" and sometimes the corsets I purchase seem a bit short to me, but this one was nice and long and sat where I feel it is supposed to. It measures right around 16" from the bow between the cups to the bottom of the bustier.
I have been hand washing this set, and it has held up well. It is advised that you hand wash, and allow the set to hang and dry. The lace has no pulls or tears, and when I inspected the set after receiving it I noticed no loose threads or badly sewn seams. It is made of nylon, and I haven't noticed being overheated while wearing it. The entire inside of the bustier is lined with a lovely soft burgundy fabric, which feels nice against your skin. There is no itch or irritation anywhere when you wear either the bustier or panty.

Follow-up commentary
7 months after original review
I'm still in love! This has held up to months of washing, and there is no damage and no loose threads. It's a flattering piece that will be a part of my lingerie collection for quite a while.
