Every woman is a rebel, and usually in wild night. (XL)
Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised with this and am very happy with it, especially considering the price. It's a beautiful top and I'm sure I'll get plenty of wear out of it.

Pros
Pretty, Price, Forms perfectly to breasts, Doesn't restrict movement, Adjustability, Thong, Garters
Cons
Itchy, Hard to put on, Doesn't alter shape (no surprise), Buckling in back, Craftsmanship flaws
I'm a realist. I don't expect to get a corset for 26 bucks, or even for under 150 bucks, so I wasn't expecting a corset. No problem. This top was so pretty and inexpensive that I snatched it up approximately 10 seconds after seeing it. It gets 4 stars just for myself, but I know that other people are pickier than me, so I had to knock it down a star to sate my conscience.
I absolutely love this. I've worn it out already. I got tons of compliments.
Even though it has it's flaws, I can look past those because 1) It's cheap and 2) It's pretty
The back half of the "corset" consists of one layer of fabric, which is thin, stretchy, mesh-like material with silver animal print that encompasses the entire top. The front half, however, is backed by thin, non-stretchy black material. Even with these two layers, you can easily see through them when the top is held up to a light. However, the top is completely opaque when worn.
This top has 8 sections of "boning" in it. It's the light, flexible, plastic boning that I was expecting. It doesn't shape the body in any way. It merely hugs the natural contours of the body. I actually prefer this in a piece of lingerie because it doesn't restrict movement AT ALL. I do wish, however, that there was boning bordering the hook and eye closures, as I think it would reduce the buckling (below).
Also, I noticed the grommets (brass-colored) are not all evenly spaced. I know that's a huge deal to some folks, but I honestly didn't even notice until I was writing this review (after taking a bajillion pics and wearing it for hours and putting in little commentaries via paint into the pics. I had to go back, edit the pic above, and change the link). I'm not trying to downplay bad craftsmanship, I'm just saying it wasn't that noticeable to me, personally.
One of the garters was a half inch longer than the rest, but I don't wear all my garters at the longest, so whatever.
The hooks on the garters look plastic, but they're actually black metal. That information probably isn't a big deal to anyone, but I actually prefer plastic because metal ones seem to slide more.
Sadly, one of the ends of the string that ties the front together came frayed, as there are no aiglets on them. I plan to cut it off and top it in glue to prevent further fraying.
Ok, now that you've gone through all this, I'll subject you to pictures of me actually wearing this thing.
It was difficult getting this top on. I loosened the strings way out and put it on backwards, then turned it around.
SIZING INFORMATION: I got an XL. Sizing chart says that should fit Sizes: 16 - 18 Bust: 41 - 44 Waist: 32½ - 34½ Hips: 44½ - 46½. I'm a size 16, my bust is 42, my waist is 32, and my hips are 42. Close enough for government work. This is true to size (true to XL, anyway). I'm confident anyone in these ranges (give or take a couple inches) is going to fit this. The material is 10% spandex (90% polyester)and there are 3 rows of hook and eye closures. I love how adjustable this is. Below I have pics of the tightest and loosest back settings, though I can easily wear it on the tightest.
There are only two things that bother me: 1) The back buckles (you can notice it on the model's back, but not much, as she has substantially less back fat than me), and 2) The material starts to feel itchy after wearing it a while. The first can be fixed (well, hidden) by wearing it under something, and the second can be fixed by wearing it over something. I can handle itchiness if it means looking good, so I plan to wear a light jacket over this when I wear it out.
SIZING INFORMATION: I absolutely *LOVE* how this top fits my breasts. In the world of the plus-sized, C-cups aren't that big, and sometimes lingerie doesn't look right if it isn't "filled out" adequately, but I really, really like the fit of this. The curve of the boning makes for a smooth curve over the breasts, but the flexibility means it will very obviously accommodate much larger breasts. That being said, I can't say whether it's true for larger breasts, but this top provides some surprising support to mine, when I was expecting none.
Hand wash, do not iron, line dry, yada yada.
