Enchantress - Sassy Halter and Thong

If you want a narrow band of unattractive elastic in your crotch and pulling on your neck, than this lingerie set is for you. The photo illustrates the best features of this halter/thong set, the model's hair hides the elastic that tops the bra. The bra area, made of a stretchy mesh material, is made of two pieces of fabric with an unattractive seam that runs right across the nipple. This causes the very visible seam line to bunch. The nipples of the model in the photo have been airbrushed out so this problem is not evident, the end result however is not attractive.

As a fuller figured woman, I was not able to fit into this ensemble. While this halter and thong set is advertised as one size fits most, it is most suitable for slender women with curved hips and small to medium breasts. The elastic could not support larger breasts and the elastic would stretch too much if an average to heavier set woman were to try this lingerie set on. The elastic is sewn on with five very small stitches so it seems likely that it cannot hold up to any sort of wear and tear without falling apart. I asked a girlfriend of mine to try this number on so I can inspect it, and I wasn't impressed. She's a bit smaller than what this manufacturer calls 'most' which emphasized the flimsiness of the garment.

All of these problems would be reduced if instead of making a single garment intended to fit most women (as if), the manufacturer made clothing with specific sizing in mind, and therefore the material would not need to be stretchy. Lace could be used for the halter and the g-string strap making this contemporary design an attractive find.
