I decided to splurge on myself and order some sexy lingerie that I put on my wish list a while back. I decided to order the bustier and gartered boy short from Magic Silk. The lingerie set arrived in a box that is not discreet but also is not something that would embarrass me if someone saw it. The front of the packaging features a model wearing the set. The back of the box shows other lingerie from Magic Silk and includes a website for the company and washing instructions.

I am a size 20 and both pieces fit true to size. The bustier is designed for someone with a larger cup size, which was my only complaint with this product. I normally wear a 38 or 40 B in bras but found the cups on this one were larger than my breast which caused the bustier to fit strangely. The boy shorts fit perfectly, but I have larger hips and a smaller waist and bust so it is always challenging for me to find lingerie sets that fit perfectly.

The bustier is made with a black stretch satin. It has a pink bow on it and a couple of sheer areas with pink ribbon. The cups are black sheer lace with sequins sewn on the outsides of the cups. The inside of the cups has a lining at the top to hold the cups in place. The bustier has 5 eye and hook closures that help keep everything in place and make for a very sturdy bustier. I was surprised at how comfortable the bustier was even with the underwire in the bra part of the bustier. The lace on the cups was a little scratchy but not annoying enough to keep me from wearing the bustier.








The boys shorts are also made of black stretch satin with a pink bow and sheer areas with pink ribbon over them. They provided great coverage and fit extremely well. The shorts have 4 removable garters that are about 5" long at their longest point and 3" at their shortest to fit a variety of heights. The garters have metal fasteners instead of plastic ones which I liked. The garters worked wonderfully with some fishnet stockings that I had from a previous EF order.




The washing instructions for the set is to hand wash cold and dry flat. Due to the color on these garments it is not recommended that you use bleach. Also with the sequins and bows on the outfit I would not recommend running this through the washer. Also the stretch sating is a combination of polyester and spandex so I would not put it in the dryer either. Overall, the outfit was very sexy and very comfortable. I just wish the cup size was a little smaller.

I have worn the set a few times now. It is comfortable enough to wear for longer periods of time. I ended up cutting the pink bow off the bustier and the boy shorts so now they are comfortable to wear under clothes without creating a strange bump where the bow was. I love the feel of the fabric which is very smooth and sexy. I also love how easy it is to attach or detach the garters. I highly recommend this for the price.

I still love the gartered short set that came with this and wear it with a corset. The bustier I ended up getting really frustrated with because it did not fit my cup size very well. I do not really wear it as much, but that was something I should have looked at closer when I was reviewing the size chart.
