This outfit looked wonderful on the model, and I immediately fell in love. This bikini is exactly what I love in lingerie, and could be multipurposed into costumes or outfits for a less casual setting. With a pair of pasties this would be excellent for a rave or festival.

I wear a size 12, and I'm hesitant towards one-size-fits-all clothing, I decided to take a chance on this. Leg Avenue is often plus-size friendly, I have some boyshorts and stockings from them which both fit very well. I assumed the material would be stretchy, and I'd be able to wear it with minimal troubles.

Unfortunately, when I finally received this item, I was disappointed. What is full coverage on the model, for my D-cup status was laughably like an eyepatch. The reactions to the top part of the bikini have been positive, and I enjoy wearing it, but it is borderline unwearable for casual use or long periods of time. The band, which looks thick in photos, bunches up, is made of a not-too-stretchy material, and bites in about 3/4" into my ribcage. The overall look is that of tight, too-small sexy, the sort of thing that's begging to be taken off. Very nice, but not what I expected. It's not something I would ever wear as part of a costume, this tiny bikini top is staying in the back of my drawer for intimate use only.

The bottom however, was so uncomfortable I couldn't wear it at all, it ended up being tossed out. The fabric has zero stretch or give. I normally wear a large in woman's panties, and it was a killer wedgie wearing these for a moment, definitely not sexy. Good news is the black bikini top is easy to match with other lingerie, so it doesn't matter too much. The low price also means that I wasn't too disappointed in this fact. $12 is a reasonable price for this bikini top alone, which is fairly well constructed. I've washed it multiple times and even with me trying to stuff into it, it has held up very well.

My final comments are that you may not want to buy this bikini if you're more than a medium size, but you have some more wiggle room with the top.

There you can see it's a little tight. Not unbearable but not something I'd ever wear outside of a sexual context. I'm very large chested (I think I was a DDD when this was taken), so if you're an "average" size it'll fit great.

Unfortunately, as excited as I was when I first got it, the tight size means I'm not in a rush to wear this when the occasion arises. The disappointment won out over the style.
