Cutest Nerd Ever
The Naughty Nerd costume is a very cute costume! It's comfortable and has all the right accessories. I only needed to get thigh highs. it even comes with the cute glasses. The small touches on this costume make it look high quality and I'm glad I got to wear it for Halloween this year.

Pros
Well made, accessories, true to chart although chest is a little small for M/L, looks cute
Cons
Suspenders don't stay up on their own, chest area needs to stick to chart
This be the winner for Halloween this year. I chose it because of its longer length, the fact that it totally matches my personality, and that it is comfortable to wear. I only had to get one accessory, and it came with the rest! The sizing is pretty great and was actually big on me. I'd say this runs pretty true to size. I'm totally keeping it since it isn't too scandalous and might be able to be worn for some other type of party in the future.
*Contents/overview: Five pieces
This costume is from Leg Avenue. Like most costumes this looks like it has more pieces that it does. The dress is one piece. It also comes with the collar, bow tie, panties, and the nerd glasses. You'll need knee high stockings and shoes to go with the costume. It comes in only one color combination and is available in sizes SM and ML. Sadly, this doesn't leave a lot of room for many different body types.
*Material:
This costume is made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.
The material is basically what I would expect from Dream Girl, a Halloween costume, or lingerie of this price. It's silky, smooth, and of decent thickness. All of the costumes pieces feels of high quality. The material isn't at all uncomfortable or scratchy. The plaid is one of my favorite parts because the colors really pop! The baby blue is perfect. The material is stretchy and breathable, but is also able to add a little warmth on a chilly October night! The suspenders are made of a thick and strong elastic and the glasses are even decent quality plastic. I honestly have no issues with the material.
*Design/craftsmanship: Well made
Like most costumes, this one looks like it is more pieces than it is. The top is sewn straight into the skirt portion. Even the elastic suspenders are sewn into the top and are not functional. They don't adjust anything. This was the only major design flaw I found. maybe it is because this wasn't tight on me so I couldn't keep the dress down taught enough to keep the suspenders that way too...but, they kept sliding off my shoulders. I had to get safety pins to keep them up, which is no big deal and obviously an easy and inexpensive fix. There is a really cute patch on one of the suspenders that adds a really nice touch. It says Qt(pie symbol), cutie forever, which I think is clever and the patch looks good, not cheap. The neck line is a scoop and is not very low or revealing. The sleeves are a cap sleeve, but there is a fold that can be folded down if you want them to be a little longer.
The following measurements are fro the ML size of this costume. The dress is 33" long. From arm pit to armpit it is 17" wide. From the bottom of the scoop neck to the bottom of the plaid area for the chest it is 4 1/2". From the top to this same area is 11". The smallest part of the waist is 14 1/2" wide and it is 17" wide at the hip. The skirt portion is 12" long. It has a pleated look to it, but it isn't actually pleated. There is a zipper in the back for closure and it unzips down to about half way down the back.
The panties are white and are a slightly cheeky style bikini cut brief. The band measures 11" across. There is no panty liner and the butt says "Extra Credit". They are made of a similar but thinner material than the costume. The black bow tie feels like satin and is 5 1/2" long. It has a small safety pin secured to the back of it so it can be attached to the collar. The collar is 16" long and closes with Velcro. My neck is about 12" around and it fit comfortably without being too big. The glasses have no lenses and have a small piece of white tape around the bridge. You can of course wear your own glasses, but I liked them and just needed to wear contacts.
Care/Maintenance/Presentation:
The costume comes in a reusable plastic bag with a cardboard insert explaining the contents, showing it on a model, and listing the care instructions and materials. The insert says to hand wash cold, drip dry, and don't iron.

Experience
*Sizing/fit: Runs true to chart and what I'd expect for M/L
For Halloween costumes, it's usually a good idea to go bigger than smaller. You can always pin and alter etc. For this I ordered the M/L knowing that Leg Avenue can sometimes run small. Technically, I'm more in the size chart for the SM, but my bust would likely not fit and that was the biggest issue with this costume, anyways. This costume is big on me especially in the hip area where it didn't hug me and added to me. But In the end, I'm glad this was a bit big and a bit longer than I wanted too. I danced a lot and my partner would have exposed me if it were smaller!
According to their sizing chart, the M/L should fit a size 10-14 dress, B-C chest, 34-38" band, 25-29" waist, 36-40" hip. I weigh ~138 pounds (size between 6 and 8 jeans); curvy but fit, with size 34 DD breasts (got remeasured at VS). My waist is about 29", under bust 33.5", and hips 37.5" (NOTE! My measurements have changed n the last month!). The hips and waist area is big on me with quite a few inches of room, especially in the hips. The bust area is small for a M/L and was a little small for me, but it fits the sizing chart, so dock this for that. The arm holes were a little tight, but nothing horrible or uncomfortable either.
My Re-done chart/BEST fit: For M/L
Dress: 10-14
Cup: B-D
Band: 36-38" (underneath your breasts)
Waist: 28-32"
Hips: 38 1/2-42"
*Possible accessories:
You may want knee highs. I would go with solid ones if you choose to wear any.
Knee-highs
The shoes I am wearing are Pleaser brand. Indulge 542.
*Conclusion: ★★★★ 1/2
The only two negative things I have to say are that the suspenders don't stay up on their own and the chest area should be a little bigger for a ML. Everything else is great! I got a lot of compliments, wasn't TOO freezing, and didn't have any wardrobe malfunctions! I'd recommend this costume to anyone who has a chest no larger than one cup size bigger than the range given for the size you want.

Having also lent this to a friend, she would agree, the costume is great! I usually don't wear costumes more than once but did keep this one because I liked it that much.
