Cute, but the Antlers are Dorky
The dress is cute, but the antlers that it comes with look tacky and are made out of cardboard covered in felt. Sadly it does not come with the stockings, meaning that to get the look you have to go spend extra money on them. The sides are lace-up meaning that it fits a wide range of body sizes but I couldn't get it small enough for me. The fabric used to make the dress feels cheap and it's very difficult to get it to lay flat. All in all, not great but not terrible for a costume party either.

Pros
Fun color, looks nice, fits everyone.
Cons
Cheap fabric, terrible antlers, doesn't lay flat.
This dress comes in a package very similar to that of any Halloween costume you can buy at a store, and it wears like one too. The fabric is very thin and feels like it could rip easily. The lace-up sides are nice because it means that a range of body sizes can get it to look flattering. Sadly, they wouldn't get small enough for me. The red is an easy color to wear and hasn't appeared to run in the wash.
The stockings shown on the package are not included. This was an annoyance for me because that meant I had to go out and find matching stockings so that I could get the costume to look right. There is a small reindeer attachment that is right between the boobs of the outfit that looks both out of place and very cheaply made. It goes well with the tacky antlers that did actually come with the outfit. The antlers were made out of felt covered cardboard and look like something a five-year-old would wear with their Halloween costume. They looked so bad that I didn't even wear them to the party.
My boyfriend thinks that the fabric was sewn on to the outfit upside down because when he runs his hands down my body the fabric is not smooth but it is when he runs his hands up the costume. He wants to run his hands down my body, not up it. It is a 100% polyester outfit that is supposed to feel similar to velvet. Although the outside isn't done too badly, the inside does not feel at all luxurious on my skin. It wasn't uncomfortable to wear but it definitely was easy to tell that it was made out of cheap material. It is hand wash only, so keep that in mind, and it can't be tossed in the dryer.
All in all, it was a fun statement piece for the party that we used it at. It looks good from a distance, but doesn't feel like it is going to hold up very long. The white fringe around the edges refused to lay neatly with the rest of the fabric and it can't be ironed either. The best thing I can say about it is that it would be flattering on many people's bodies because of the corset-like lace up sides. Other than that, I would say that it's really not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a very specific Christmas costume party, and only then if you plan to alter it by taking off the tacky reindeer decal and tossing the antlers.

how odd about the fabric being "upside down". That really stinks it was not as lovely as expected. Thank you for the review though!
