Although Eden's site gives a clear idea of what to expect, the product packaging would be perfect for an in-store situation. Each side of the box gives a clear front or back view of the dress on a model. It also lists the product number and the fabric types so deciding how to wash it is not a guessing game. The dress and thong themselves are folded neatly up together with a supportive cardboard inside a plastic bag with an adhesive seal. It was very easy to open the bag and unfold the items, so kudos to whoever designed the inside packaging.

The dress itself (and of course the matching thong) is made of a beautiful soft white lace with a pattern of roses. It did not hold any wrinkles at all from its time spent folded up other than a few minor ones in the ribbons. The pink of the halter and waist ribbons is vibrant and quite charming, especially with the white polka dots to match the pure white of the lace fabric. They may not be long enough for everyone in order to tie them but I will say that the dress holds itself up without them. The stretch of the lace itself and the elastic band at the top both provide support and containment. The band is an opaque white ruffle with a strip of silver sequins running down the middle. I had not noticed it in the pictures on Eden's website but it goes well with the rest of the design and has a good stretch to it, which is especially important in a one size fits most item.

Music Legs does manufacture this in multiple sizes but Eden only stocks the one size fits most so check the size chart before committing to this. It is a lovely dress but the seams and ribbons mean it may not be as accommodating as other one size fits most items. I ended up wearing the dress higher in the front than on the model in order to be able to tie the ribbon properly. Also because I forgot to check the photo ahead of time so that I knew what I was doing but I think this would still be necessary for me as an individual regardless. I am 5'2" but also a 32D with a 29" ribcage so longer straps can be necessary even though I am a slight individual. The waist ribbon however was no trouble at all and looks adorable tied in the back as well. There is no stretch to the ribbon and it is a nice width so it turns into and stays in a bow beautifully.

Now, I let myself buy this partly because I thought I could also wear it as a cute top with jeans. This would get it more use and also give me a great new outfit for the summer. However, this is definitely a case where if you want to do that, you will need to wear something under this dress, at least in the bust area. This particular lace fabric, especially since it is white, hides 'nothing'. Otherwise, this is absolutely adorable and I am still completely charmed by it. So, caveat emptor as far as sizing, since Eden only stocks the one size fits most version, and in terms of wearing it as an actual dress, but still a really great dress that I would highly recommend.
