Creamcicle...melted...
I wanted to look sleek and sexy, like a yummy Creamcicle. What followed once I put this dress on was less than sleek and not too sexy. With that said, it is a well made dress for the price, and would work for other wearers. Looks like it's time for me stop EATING creamcicles and do some ab exercises instead!

Pros
Affordable. Comfortable. Well Made.
Cons
Not Much Stretch. Very Short. No Panties Included.
I was browsing in the local sex shop, anxious to find some items to review for my Mentor class. I was too impatient to wait for a order to come, and the store carries many of the pieces available on Eden. When I saw the photo on the package for Baci's Ruffle Mesh Slip Dress, I fell in love with the look. The model's hair was styled like I frequently wear mine. The chunky jewelry and retro style shoes (neither included, by the way) were right up my alley. I didn't even care that the dress didn't come with panties. I was standing in the aisle, trying to decide between the two colors available. After a bit of internal debate, I asked the sales girl which color she liked better, the purple or the orange with pink trim. She took them out of the boxes for me, and we both instantly said, "ORANGE!" The dress felt soft and looked great. I snapped it up and took it home. Now...if only I was as lean as the model on the package!
Packaging:
This cute orange and pink dress comes in a plastic bag with a cardboard insert, which says "Congratulations, you have purchased a truly authentic Baci Lingerie product." Take your pick of the 25 different languages! The box and insert, or just the box, are nice for storage, and make the dress easy to find in your drawer.
Material/Construction/Style:
The dress is made from super sheer, soft mesh. Lacy elastic trim runs along the top of the cups with a pink bow at the center. The same type of lace trim criss-crosses down the front. The straps are pink elastic are are adjustable. A pink stitched lettuce edge finishes off the bottom hem, giving it a curvy, slightly ruffled look. There is no support to the cups, so larger breasted women may not find this comfortable. It is constructed well, from 90% polyester and 10% spandex, which does not offer as much stretch as I hoped. The tag at the back of the dress can clearly be seen when wearing, so I would suggest removing it.
Fit/Measurements:
Now, this is where things went awry for me. Like most Baci pieces, this dress is One Size Fits Most, with no Plus Size available. I am a 34D, size 8 and this dress was tight on me. It was so tight, and mildly unflattering, that I declined to take photos of myself in it, mainly because I know it would look great on some wearers, and I would not want to discourage them with a photo of it not fitting well. I also kind of looked like a weird orange and pink marshmallow woman...not so cute or sexy.
I think for someone with a bit smaller hip/waist measurements, this would look beautiful. My waist is about 30", hips about 38". In this case, being built like the model on the package would certainly be a bonus! It was still comfortable, and if I dropped just 5 pounds, it would be fine for me. My weight fluctuates + or - 5 pounds frequently, and I have the kind of figure that those few pounds make a huge difference. I will certainly come back to this piece once I get a tad more trim. If your measurements are smaller than mine, it should fit you well. Any larger, and it would probably not work. It is also quite short. I am 6' tall, and my entire booty was exposed.
Bust: 14" across the front (28" total); not stretched
Straps: 16" at the largest; 8" at the smallest
Waist: 13.5" across the front (27" total); not stretched
Length: 20.5" at side, from bust to hem; not stretched
Bottom Hem: 20" across the front (40" total); not stretched
Care:
The box and tag state that this garment should be hand washed in cold water. You can use a gentle soap or special lingerie wash to do so. It should be line dried to keep its shape. It should not be ironed, dry cleaned or put in the dryer.

Experience
I am really sad that this dress was way too snug on me. I am still happy with the quality of the product, though. This is the first Baci piece (all being One Size) that I had issues with fit. I have been a bit larger than I am now, and still had no problems. I think this particular piece just lacks in the stretch department.
Follow-up commentary

This is just not flattering on me. This would be a great piece for thinner ladies with A-B cup breasts and a narrow waist and hip measurement. The Coe combination is adorable, but the fit is off for my shape.

Thank you for viewing Ruffle mesh slip dress – chemise discontinued review page!
Yes, this does run small. Anyone much bigger than the model on the box will probably find it very snug.
