Cowl? More Like Scowl..
The color of this set is fantastic. I absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, that's about the only redeeming quality of this set, and that's only if you're really into bright colors. Honestly, for the price, I think you could make the same thing yourself.

Pros
Bright pink, semi-adjustable strap.
Cons
One size will not fit many, and wash.
As awesome as all things hot pink usually are, this mesh dress with silver embellishments was a bit of a disappointment for me.
So the packaging is nothing different for Leg Avenue. Mostly black box, picture of a model wearing the set on the front of the box, along with a peek window at the bottom. The back features a smaller version of the picture on the front, as well as the sizing, washing instructions, and materials.
This set comes as a “one size fits most,” and definitely will not. Personally I'm about 5'2, I weigh about 105 lbs, around my bust measures about 31" and underneath measures about 28 1/2". I've got about a 25" waist with 33" hips and I wear a B cup. Everything did fit, nothing being too tight or too loose.
The dress is a halter style mesh made of a fantastically bright pink. From the bottom of the dress to the top of the back of the dress measures 14”. Measuring from the bottom of the dress to the top of the cowl neck was a bit more difficult, because the cowl neck will sit in different places depending on where the metal embellishments sit. So I moved the embellishments to a neutral position towards the top of the strap and measured as best I could, getting about 19” in height. Because this is a “halter style” dress, the top will go around the back of your neck like a halter top, only you won't really have a choice in adjustment. And also because the metal embellishments can go so far down it was very difficult to get a good measurement for how long the strap actually was. So what I did was I moved the embellishments as far down as I could, getting about 25” and stretching up to 30”. Across the top of the back of the dress measured 9” laying flat, but stretched up to 15 1/2”. Each metal embellishment is 1” long and 2/3” across. The back of it is flat and meant to lay flat against your skin towards where your armpit meets your torso. They have a total circumference of 2”. I have a hard time trying to describe exactly how the “strap” meets together, so I've included this picture that also shows the metal embellishments.
I can't find any information on what the metal embellishments are made out of. I did scratch at them a little bit just to see what would happen and I got no chipping whatsoever.
The thong's main patch of fabric is made of the same bright pink see through mesh as the dress. At first it's almost difficult to figure out exactly which way it goes because rather than meeting in a “T” in the back, one side shoots down the other. Here's a picture to try and show you what I'm talking about. Laid flat it measures about 12” across the top and stretches up to 17”. The triangle measures about 4” across by 7” down. The “butt floss” portion measures about 4 1/2” down and stretches up to 6”
According to the box, your brilliantly pink set is made from 100% Nylon. They recommend hand washing separately, drip dry, and do not bleach. Should you lose the box there is a tag on the inside of the dress that tells you to hand wash no bleach and tumble dry.
For storage you can keep these pretty much anywhere you keep your delicate things.

Experience
I was really excited at the color. It was really pink. When I put it on however, I was less than impressed. While the whole outfit technically fit, nothing felt like it fit right.
It was nice to be able to control where the cowl fell based on where I moved those metal embellishments, but no matter how I moved things, I could not get anything to fall the same way it did on the model. And while I realize the model has been airbrushed, I still like to choose whether or not my nipples are visible from across the room, and I definitely didn't get that with this dress. It also didn't occur to me how see through it was going to be, but my unhappiness with that falls on me, not on Leg Avenue.
The thong. I have no idea what to say about the thong. I normally can handle g-strings, they fall into place and stay there. This one the triangle was so long that it kept preventing things from situating. And I could not for the life of me get the triangle to actually cover my whole vagina. Well, the front of it anyway. It kept bunching up where the side elastic bands traveled inwards and the material inside bunched up and just looked funny.
This set failed the extended wear test. If I ever wear it again, it'll only be long enough to let my fiance know “yes, I'm in the mood, now get over here and do something about it.”
Quite honestly, I think you could probably go to Hobby Lobby or wherever you prefer to buy fabrics and get all the materials to make this outfit and make it form fit your own body for less money than you could buy it from Leg Avenue.

I tried the outfit out once more just to give it a shot, then passed it on to a friend who's just starting out in her searching for lingerie and was curious about this set.
I still don't recommend this set to anybody.
