Covered Yet Exposed: Fishnet Bodystockings
This body stocking looks hot over a bra and panties, or all by itself. The sexy material allows only small peeks of skin at a time, masking skin imperfections with a slimming texture. If you need to make it crotchless, add thumb holes, or trim it into thigh highs, the snag-resistant material will hold up well to adjustments with scissors. If you've never tried a body stocking, what are you waiting for? They're cheap and comfortable while still being sexy and flattering. What's not to like?

Pros
Unique fishnet pattern, surprisingly flattering style, durable material
Cons
not crotchless, sleeves ride up, a few snips are necessary for perfection
The hottest part of this body stocking, in my opinion, is the effect of an erect nipple poking through the gaps in the material. Sure, you could wear this over a bra and panties, but the nude effect is just as hot. Wearing it during sex is pretty arousing, because you feel the effect of being clothed over nearly every inch of your body, though it is easy to access all the important bits through the material. Plus, the black fishnet material is rather flattering over a woman's curves, flabby bits and all. It's a great way to mask your cellulite, stretch marks, or scars, while still giving the overall effect of nudity. You'd think a skintight body stocking might only be flattering on stick-thin women, but anybody who has ever put a pair of fishnets on their legs can tell you that they make your shape look amazing, curves and all. Plus, it's super comfortable and not at all restricting. Considering the price on a decent body stocking, I'm really surprised more people don't enjoy these. I'll be picking up some more!
This product comes packaged just as you'd expect pantyhose to be packaged: cardboard insert with a sexy lady on it, with the whole thing wrapped in plastic. I'd recommend washing this before wearing it. I put mine in a lingerie bag in the washing machine, delicate cycle, and there were no problems.
The fishnet material itself is pretty amazing. It has the criss-cross pattern of regular fishnets, but each strand comes in a set of 4, producing the effect of a wed of diamonds connected by rows of 4 lines. One of the great things about fishnet material like this is that it doesn't get runs like pantyhose. If you snag it on a buckle or a fingernail, you can keep it from ripping by removing the snagged item carefully. I wore my body stocking and caught it on a number of things, but it still looks brand new, even after being washed twice. It is quite stretchy and could accommodate a body much larger than mine (size 6ish, with very full thighs).
The structure of the body stocking overall is almost perfect. The neckline is flattering even on smaller breasts, not so deep a V that it makes some of us look completely flat. The toes are reinforced, but the reinforced panel is not as wide as an average human foot. If I were to wear this body stocking with shoes for a long period of time, I'd wear a thin half-sock under them to keep your toes from poking through the tights, unless that's the look you're going for. The sleeves, unfortunately, ride up a little bit. The other fishnet shirts I've owned have had a hole in the wrist for a finger or thumb to poke through and keep the sleeve stretched out, and I wish they'd done that here. Fortunately, this material is very sturdy when it comes to adding your own holes. A quick snip with some scissors will allow you to add thumb holes to keep the sleeves in place. Same goes for the crotch area. There's no hole, so if you want to wear this during sex, you'll have to make a quick snip with some scissors first. I did this myself, and after some messy sex and a trip through the laundry, that area is holding up just fine. I recommend making the cuts very carefully while wearing it, however, so that you don't end up with holes in the fabric that don't line up where you'd have liked them to.
Another bonus of the fishnet material is that you can take a pair of scissors to this body stocking and turn it into a bunch of different accessories. Let's say you rip a hole in the stomach. Cut it off at the waist like a regular pair of tights and layer them over a solid-colored pair. Wearing them alone, they might fall down with no elastic, but the friction between the fishnets and another pair will keep them up. Or, turn them into thigh-high tights and hold them up with a garter belt. This is a great option for women with full thighs who have a hard time finding thigh highs that don't dig in on your thigh. Just cut it off and roll it down a bit and they make durable thigh highs you can wash and wear again, as long as you don't get them caught on anything and pull hard. The arm sections could be turned into arm "warmers" as well. So, if you do rip this thing up, don't throw it out, because there are a lot of fun ways to wear it to pieces. Get your money's worth!

Experience
This was my first experience with a body stocking, and I will definitely be getting more. I'm a huge fan of fishnet-type materials and hosiery, and so is my partner. He really enjoyed the "nipple poking through fishnets" effect and he liked the pattern more than regular fishnets. We'll be pulling this one out again, trust me!
Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I've worn this several times and it has always been fun. I cut the hole in the crotch myself and didn't reinforce it in any way, and it's still holding up nicely even though I've washed it and worn it several times. I am now hooked on body stockings.

Nice review! I like it, but I like my bodystockings to come crotchless.
