Club Dress or dress slip?
The stretchy "satin" dress is stretchy, but not satin and is un-flattering to my petite frame. I would suggest this for a curvier figure. It'd look best on a medium size rather than small. It isn't form fitting, it hangs from the body. I was extremely disappointed. I was so sure it'd look good, but with the cheap, granny slip look and the long chunk of lace, it was anything but sexy. While I was able to transform it into a skirt, It's too cheap looking no matter what's done to it.

I loved the look of this dress, but not on! It just hangs on me and is unflattering to my body type. I'm a size 0 and usually fit the one sizes OK, but this looks like a loose slip. First, I want to mention that in the product page there's lace trim around the top and bottom of the dress and the bottom has 2 layers of lace. The dress I recieved only had one very long layer of lace around the bottom! I don't wear it at all. The fit kind of swallowed my figure, but wasn't too large. There's plenty of room in it, but it just hangs on my body. Although it comes in such a small size, this would fit a medium just fine and probably look better on a medium. It isn't form fitting.
The details on the strapless dress inclue one layer of scratchy lace trim with gold in the lace around the top and bottom and three gold buttons between the breasts with a little ruching there as well.
From top of the bust to the very bottom measures 24 inches long, including the huge 5 inch long lace trim around the bottom. The dress is about 16 inches wide at the hips and about 13" wide at bust. There's no support or underwire, but a strapless bra will do just fine underneath. The stretchy lace/polyster material will accomadate at least up to a C cup and I'm positive it will fit a size medium.
The lace is scratchy and can be irritating under the arms as it runs all the way around the top and bottom. The layer at the top doesn't lie flat which isn't a big problem since I can't wear it anyways, but worth noting.
The material, while looking like a slip and not like a dress or lingerie, is very comfortable and would make a good night gown. I really think a night gown is the only use for it, but I don't even feel OK wearing it to bed.
As far as the look of the dress, it looks cheap and looks far too much like a granny's slip to be sexy, on me anyways. I'm sure it could look great on someone with more curves. On me, the dress hits right above my knees and I'm 5 2". It will flatter short and tall body types, but it may be too short for public wear for taller people.
While the fabric is thin and looks and feels exactly like a slip (those things that people used to wear under dresses back in the day. Lol.) it doesn't seem like it'd run or tear easily. I'm sure it would hold up well and may just be beautiful on the right person. I wouldn't let the small size only keep you away. This is a stretchy dress and it may even fit a large. I think it's cheaply made to be honest. It's not very fitted and as you see in the photos, it just hangs on me.
The good news is, I managed to turn this into a mini skirt! I was desperate to make this one work one way or another. The mini skirt version I made was simple and kind of cute and I wore it around the house, but it just didn't feel like something that would do well in public and didn't really give me that much confidence like my other lingerie so I just tossed it in a drawer for now. I'm still thinking up a way to turn it into a useful garment. The skirt was a little too showy for public wear too. With some adjusting though, it could work. I just didn't feel my best in it no matter what I turned it into.
To turn this into a mini skirt, I simply folded it down making the top lace fold above the bottom lace, giving it a 2 layer like the photo shows. If you plan to do this, you may want to cut out the tag since it does show when folded down.
*To wash* This should be hand washed only! Do not put in washer or dryer and take care with buttons as they do not seem to be attached very well. Let the garment air dry/drip dry by hanging it up on a clothes line or anywhere in the house. Of course this should not be ironed and do not use bleach.

Experience
I was overly excited when I ordered this and I was sure this would look great on me. I even told my partner it was going to look great and I never jump the gun like that. It looks so sexy in the product photo, but I was really disappointed in how low quality it felt and looked. The huge hunk of lace at the bottom wasn't pretty and looked weird. I also find it strange that the picture shows a dress with 2 layers of lace lining the bottom when mine only had one! I am incredibly disappointed in this as I was really excited about it and have yet to find a use for it. I've tried giving it away and can't find anyone to take it! The last thing I feel when wearing it is pretty. To be honest, I feel stupid in it. It could've been made much better and at least had some kind of fit to it rather than a straight down, long T-shirt type fit.
My partner said it looked sexy on me, but he said it "didn't do my body justice". That's his nice way of saying it's ugly. He said the same thing I did, that it didn't form to my figure. I don't like clingy lingerie, but I like it to fit well without being snug or tight. He said "it looks too cheap to be a dress/lingerie".
I was glad to have found another way to wear it, but it still just didn't feel right. However, the way I turned it into a skirt might benefit someone else who wants this or has it and has the same issues I did.

Yes, it was super disappointing that it looked totally different than the pic.
