I ordered the XL and have a 38DD chest. According to the size chart it should fit the following measurements:

Bust: 41-44"
Waist: 32.5-34.5"
Hips: 44.5-46.5"

Those measurements were very true. The top does not have any underwire, but still worked well. The top was able to tie tight and held my chest in place perfectly. The skirt fit great and features a cute ruffle bottom. The ruffle panties did run very small on me. I could get them on and wear them under the skirt, but they were very snug.

Although the photo may indicate that this item runs small, let me assure you it fits very well. I am size 38DD on top and size 14-16 bottom. The size XL provided me with excellent coverage and support up top. The bottom fit great with no pulling across my butt.

The skirt is extremely short in length. If you're looking for a skirt with back coverage, this is not it. It's a very sexy, slutty skirt. Your butt definitely shows and it makes for a great school girl outfit if that's what you're looking for.
