Caught Up In You
Once I put them on I couldn't help but love them. They're comfortable and flattering despite my short and curvy legs. They work with my garter belt and they're a bit cooler than actual nylons, so my legs can breathe. Stock up when they're on sale, because the low-ish quality means you might go through quite a few pairs.

Pros
One does actually does fit most, comfortable, stays up pretty well, garter compatible, cute
Cons
Poor quality
I didn't know if I would be keeping these. I'd purchased a few pairs to see which would work best with my Halloween costume, which is pink and purple Cheshire cat, and thought these thigh-highs would work well.
Packaging is minimal. The stockings are wrapped around a cardboard insert with a plastic hanger slipped through the crease. The whole thing is slipped into a plastic envelope. There's no tag, paper or information provided at all. If you didn't buy these from EF, you might wonder about care. Fishnets tend to be pretty delicate so I'd only wash them in a machine with a lingerie bag but, to be honest, I will probably handwash these to prevent them from stretching out too much or ripping.
These are 100% nylon, though, in case you were wondering. The material means they tend to stay stretched out, which is a shame. I think I'd be more use out of them if they returned to their original shape after washing and drying. Still, I think I'll get more use out of these than I originally expected.
I used to wear fishnets quite a bit during my gothic phase, but it's been some years. I remember them sometimes being uncomfortable, but these stockings felt pretty good once I pulled them on. The fishnet stretches and is quite a bit more loose than actual nylons, so getting them on is easy. I put mine on with the bow in front, but there's no real shape to the foot/toe area, so you could wear yours in the rear (which I may ultimately do with my costume) or anywhere in between. With the bow in front, the seam at the toe was over the top of my toes, where it should be. Don't tell me you wear socks every which way. Honey, that should be a sin.
I'm only 5'2" and I can wear these pretty high on my thighs. Another review is 5'8" and these worked for her, too. The stretchiness means these will accommodate a range of highs and leg lengths.
I think part of the reason these were so comfortable is that they're stretchy. Many of the fishnets I've worn in the past have been a little tight, but this wasn't the case at all. They sit quite flush against my skin, not causing muffing top (when standing) or rolling down. Even though the elastic band at the top of the stockings is quite thin, I might be able to get away wearing these without a garter belt. I find this to be flattering physically and emotionally. Wearing these fishnets just makes me feel good.
For an idea, my thigh is about 21" where the elastic band sits, and I think they're pretty wide. This might mean that this one-size-fits-most piece actually runs a little larger. I was worried that it wouldn't fit as I often have to purchase the "queen" size in items with that sizing. Of course, a thinner lady (or man!) could simply use a garter belt to rectify the situation.
A garter belt was my plan all along, and I tried these one with the one from this set because it's so comfortable. I found the elastic band to be a bit too thick for use with the button tabs, so you'll have better luck with a metal clasp style garter if you want to hook it there. However, I just scrunched up the band and put the tab through one of the fishnet holes right below the elastic. Voila! Beautiful.
Although I'm fairly content with these, I can sense that quality will be an issue. I'm realistic, however, in that I don't expect any fishnet product to last forever. They just don't. However, I snagged a hole in one stocking with my nail when trying it on the second time. It's not even super noticeable, but it will bug me.
The second issue with quality is the bow. Mine's a vibrant hot pink ribbon, but only the back of the bow is sewn on. The bow itself is simply tied and could become untied. You might apply a dab of glue or add a few stitches if you have matching thread to make it permanent. The bow hasn't budged at all while I've been wearing it, so I wouldn't even have noticed this if I hadn't read other reviews. Still, it's something to notice.

Follow-up commentary
7 days after original review
These are still cute and comfortable, but I'd definitely have to change the rating based on quality. After wearing them for only long enough to try them out and write my review, I see that the elastic has torn to shreds near the seam at the top. Thus, they won't stay up. They're still usable, especially with garters, and I'm going to try to fix them. It's just a shame they're so poor quality.

Thank you for viewing Fishnet thigh high with satin bow – hosiery review page!
You'd think they'd have attached the bow better since it's the big draw of this pair.
Kira -- it should be. It's a sexy take on it so we'll if anyone even gets it.
