Buyer Beware!
I don't really have anything good to say about these. I'm not impressed, was worried that I wouldn't even be able to get them on, and I'm returning them. Waste of time.

Pros
Cute lace and bows.
Cons
"One Size" would MAYBE fit a medium or smaller only, had a tear when taken out of package...
These panties came packaged in a plastic sleeve, like so. Minimal, and compact.
Okay...I'm not sure where to start, but I am really not happy with these. I'm returning them, they are hugely disappointing. Let me start by saying that I liked these because they are aesthetically pleasing, I think the little bows in the front, the lace, and the boyshort style are all cute! However, I was worried because these are One Size. They are available in an XL and One Size. Though, I have the Coquette Holiday Black Panty, and while the fit could be better, I thought these may fit differently. I still wear my Holiday Black Panties sometimes, so I figured that at worst, even if these lace panties fit the same, they would be maybe worth it because of the cute lace and bows. I was wrong!
The sizing on these...Nothing like the sizing on my other Coquette panties, and I don't understand who these are made to fit. Now, I wear a large in everything. Panties, tops, bottoms, anything. Again, I can fit in the other Coquette panties that I own. In fact, the One Size in my other panties slides and shifts around even! Totally different story with these. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get them on. My hips are 38 inches, and my thighs are each about 23 inches around, at their widest point. These are WAY too tight and uncomfortable on me, and not even practical for wear. I feel like, if I put these on for a day, and threw on pants, and went out, they would tear within an hour. Like, literally, would probably just rip in half while wearing them. It's ridiculous. I'm by no means an XL person, I'm tall and weigh around 140 pounds. These one size panties will not fit anyone that generally wears a large in panties. This would maybe fit a medium, definitely a small. I wondered if maybe I should exchange these for the XL size...but, nope. I'm not going to bother, these don't seem worth it.
Also, these came with a snag already in the fabric, right on the front. At first I thought it was maybe a design in the lace? NOPE. It's the beginnings of a tear. To me, the fact that the fabric came to me with a defect already, tells me that the quality of these isn't great. I don't think they would put up to much wearing. Like, it seems that even putting them on and taking them off could potentially damage them. The lace itself has some stretch to it, but obviously, it is apt to tears. According to the care tag, hand wash and hang to dry (no surprise there).
They have a small cotton liner. The waistband can stretch up to 16 inches, laid flat, but they will be a tight fit at that size. As I said, if you are a medium or small, and if you have slim thighs, these would fit you fine probably. If you are a large, or larger, and you have even remotely thick thighs, these will not fit you comfortably. I'm not even willing to post pictures of me in these, as they show so much, and cover so little. My ass was hanging out in these all over. Not cute or comfortable. I'm not impressed with these panties.

Experience
If you want a lace panty that fits, I got these, which come in actual sizes, from S-XL, and they are by DreamGirl, not Coquette. I got these with that same order, but the Cheeky Seduction panties actually seem to fit. Plus, those are cheaper! Granted, they are a bikini cut, and I personally prefer boyshorts above all else. I only tried them on quickly, but they seemed decent. Certainly preferable to these!
Follow-up commentary
14 days after original review
As I said, these were not for me at all. They didn't fit properly, and felt much too fragile. These were returned!
