I glanced at these and thought they looked quite eye-catching, so I decided to try them out. After putting them on, I confirmed they are quite eye-catching and flattering, but my initial impression is that they won't last very long after a few rounds in the washer. I've owned a few other pairs from different manufacturers that appeared to be made out of a very similar material that effectively disintegrated after one or two washes. To be fair, I haven't had a chance to wear them around or put them through a few washes so I will detail what I did notice about them initially.

After slipping them on, I first noted the fit. They're tailored quite well and incredibly comfortable. I'm not sure I would describe the shape as a hipster, but that's just me. Either way, they don't ride too bad and they sit quite well on my figure. I usually have some trouble with how they sit on my ass in particular. These are a bit stretchy so they hug pretty close, although around the leg holes they seemed to be a bit looser. I ordered a large size and these seem to be close to what I expect to be a large from other manufacturers. Sizing on these should be a snap. I missed it when I first saw the page, so I would say take note of the open hole in the back because it's a bit easy to miss on the product page. It's fine to me but I thought I would make note of it.

My waistline / hips: ~31 inches
Waistband unstrecthed: 28 inches
Waistband streched: ~42 inches max
Leg holes: ~21 inches

Length from band to edges on sides: 4 inches
Length from band to bottom of crotch when folded: 7.5 inches

The material seems to be a cotton / spandex combination and is mildly transparent. This gives them a very sexy look. As I noted earlier though, when material seems to have this much spandex they usually get destroyed in the washer if you're not careful with them. I would make sure you use a delicate cycle if you have one and use a washing machine. I did order the pink color and the hue matched what I saw on my monitor. There are no care instructions provided with these panties. I recommend hand washing them or running them on the delicate cycle in the washer. They shouldn't be put in the dryer.

For the price, they could seem a bit sturdier but overall I'm very happy with them. If you like how they look, then they are a must buy.
