Sizing

I have a hard time finding fishnets that stay up. I have skinny, short legs, so thigh-highs and I don't get along. They usually end up as butt-highs or falling down to my knees. Leg Avenue stockings are designed to fit 90-160 lbs. I have quite a few pairs, and most of them live up to that sizing. These stockings hug my legs incredibly well, but have enough stretch to be able to work well for larger sizes. The lace band at the top measures about 7 1/2" across when unstreched, can stretch to 11" across, and is 3" long. The actual stocking itself, when unstretched, is about 20 1/2" long and has a great deal of stretch to it, as well.

My thighs are about 17" around. Fishnets with lace tops usually don't agree with my legs. These were a bit of the same story. While these didn't fall down as much as some others have, they don't get a very good grip. A hint I've learned is to use double sided lingerie tape to remedy this situation and the need for garters. With that being said, garters can also be used with these, as well.

Material/Design

These stockings are made of lace and nylon. This nylon is pretty delicate. When I took it out of the package, I did notice that it had a tiny run in it on the upper thigh, and that there were a few slightly darker spots on it, but nothing too obvious. The nylon gives the legs a nice cozy hug without constricting too much or being too loose. I hadn't worn actual stockings in such a long time before putting these on. I was amazed boy how comfortable they were.

The leg of each stocking is decorated with a very elegant floral and bow pattern. It's very subtle, feminine, and romantic. The middle of the bow on the motif is accented with a rhinestone, giving these stockings even more of an elegant look to them. The lace at the top of the stockings is very beautiful and the classic floral design of most lace.



I really can't wait for the next time I get dressed up all fancy so I can throw these on.

Care

These stockings should be hand washed in cold water with mild detergent and left to air dry. Keep them in a place free of anything that might cause them any snags or damage.

I've worn these a few times and have gotten tons of compliments on them. They're great with a simple dress. They add a little flair without being overkill. The gem is still stuck on there and I haven't had any runs in them yet. I'm totally satisfied. Other than the lace band being a little too wide for my legs, I love these.
