Anything but pleasure to the eyes
Coquette got the shape of the corset right, the just couldn't get the color right on this one too. For some people the lack of sizing adjustments could pose a problem, this will either fit or not for the most part. Also the cups are huge, the XL which should fit a D cup would fit a DD better. So if you can order a size down for the cups but the rest of the measurements run true to size.

I was kind of weary on the color of this from the pictures. Based on color alone, I wish I didn't get this. It is described as sliver and pink. The silver is an ugly shade of gray. The lighting in the pictures makes it look more shimmery, it is dull and flat looking. The only thing that is actually sliver is the belt that comes with it. The pink is mostly found in the hideous lace overlay on the gray. There is also pink on the garters, the pink is the ruffle overlay on the straps, the garters are removable.
More on the belt, it can be used as a belt but at the same time it is meant to be used to tie your hands behind your back. On each end of the belt is not 1 but 3 ends; 1 from each side for the belt, and the other 2 on each side are meant to bind your hands. I didn't actually use this because the color is so different from the corset that I didn't think it even looked like it belonged with the corset.
The garters attach via small loops. Mine stayed in well and were easy to remove again.
The corset itself can only be adjusted in the back via two rows of hook and eye closures. This means that it will pretty much either fit or not. My main complaint about the corset besides color is that the cups were way bigger than they should have been based on the size chart. Typically Coquette pieces tend to run a little small on the size range, well the bust is way big. I ordered an XL which should fit someone with a 42-44D, I have a large 42D, and can say that this is the first time I've had a piece from Coquette that the bust was way too big. Also being a short person the corset came down part way over my hips, I stand about 5'2".
The corset covers enough (assuming it fits right) that it could be worn in public if a sweater or something was worn with it.
The thong that came with the set is colored identically to the corset. It fit me perfectly, just as every other XL thong from Coquette has in the past.
This like most other lingerie is meant to be hand washed, but when I wash mine I place it in the washing machine in a lingerie bag on the gentle cycle and then dry it flat on a towel. Though I think this is a piece that will just hang in my closet and not get worn again.
Overall I found this to be a very ugly piece. If the cups were true to size it would have had the right figure flattering shape but the color is too far gone to make this a good go to piece.
