An Elegant Skirt That Is More Fun Than Function
While this garter skirt is super cute, it does have some flaws. It is not great for long-term wear, but it works great for a sexy mood enhancer.

I received this garter belt as a gift, and it sadly did not fit me. I will be basing this review on the appearance of the skirt though.
The Angelica Apron Style Garter Belt by DreamGirl is an open back, apron style garter skirt with four adjustable garters. It has an elastic stretch waist and fastens in back with a simple hook and eye, much like a standard bra fastener. The body of the skirt is made out of a sheer, black, stretch, dot mesh. It is trimmed with smooth, black elastic. The front of the skirt has a self-fabric ruffle and has a mock wrap design. The back is mostly open with the fabric curving up towards the waist like a traditional ruffled apron. There are four attached stretch garters, each of which is trimmed with a large satin bow above the garter tab.
The packaging for the Angelica Apron Style Garter Belt is very simple. It came on a basic, black plastic hanger with the DreamGirl logo on it. It was covered in a clear plastic bag. The hanger can be reused for storage if desired; the bag is best simply thrown away or recycled.
When caring for the skirt, I would suggest hand washing it in a gentle detergent such as Woolite or another wash specifically designed for lingerie. Dry flat in order to keep from stretching the skirt. While fairly sturdy, the mesh can snag easily, so be careful of sharp objects when handling.
The skirt does fit a range of sizes, but I would not suggest it to anyone over a US 12-14, or it is not going to fit. I am hoping that the skirt is eventually released in plus sizes, since it is very cute and flattering on.
This garter skirt is designed more for fun than function. Due to the ruffled design and the large bows, it will not fit smoothly under clothing. As noted in another review, the fabric that the garters are made of can get a bit itchy with time.
