All dolled up, with a ribbon on top.
These are not the best stockings out there, but they are okay for a cute pair of tights with some bows. The bows are absolutely adorable, and without them I wouldn't really be into these at all, but they make them very cute! The band on the thighs, and the non-reinforced toe, make these not the greatest - but still definitely cute. Not a regrettable buy, as long as they fit you well.

Pros
Bows, cute, can be worn a few ways, soft
Cons
No reinforced toe, thigh band, muffin top, roll down, one size
These are very cute. The bows on these are just adorable, and they can be worn out with a dress/skirt/cute outfit, worn with a costume, or worn for a night in with some sexy lingerie. These are definitely attractive, and my partner liked the way they look on me as well. These would look adorable with a cute pink and black outfit! I definitely intend to wear them out. You can wear them with the bows on the front, back, sides, however you like. If you are into lolita fashions, these are definitely something that would fit into your wardrobe.
The bow is pinker than the bow in the product picture. If the thighs of these had silicone band backing on the top, that would be lovely. You will definitely need a garter belt to wear these, they roll down, which can cause a muffin top look on the thighs.
One issue that these have is that they only come in one size, so if you have thighs that are much bigger than 22" or so, you might not love the look of these or you may feel like they cut into your thighs. Mine are around 20", last I checked, and these still give me a muffin top on my thighs. The band on the top can give them a bit of a muffin top effect, especially with the way they can roll down. The thigh bands would be great if they included silicone backing and were a bit wider.
Though for me, the biggest issue with these is that they lack a reinforced toe. I think that any sort of hosiery is best with a reinforced toe, it makes them sturdier, and less likely to tear at the feet - especially with fishnets and other lace/netting stockings. I think a reinforced toe is what really makes a pair of net stockings a nice pair of stockings. I have a number of pairs of net stockings without a reinforced toe, and the issue with that is the toes slip through the net, it can snag more easily that way, and it can feel awkward to wear and walk in. While these are cute, I don't expect them to hold up forever.
The fabric isn't rough or itchy, it's soft, which is nice. It also doesn't seem as fragile as some other hosiery items that I own. I don't feel like I need to be so careful pulling these on, like they could tear or something. They are net, so they are fragile, but don't seem like they are something I need to be extra careful about trying not to snag.
They have no care instructions, but as with all lingerie and hosiery, I would suggest hand washing them and letting them air dry. Don't try putting these in a drier, unless you want them to shrink or warp. If you really want to put them in a washing machine and hate hand washing, I would suggest putting them in a nice delicate/lingerie bag, sealing it, and washing them that way.

I still like these, though I don't get a lot of wear out of them. I've decided my thighs don't look that bad in these, but the band could still fit a bit better. I still think a reinforced toe would have been a nice touch.
