Adorable Ruffled Panty
The Ruffle Panty by Coquette is a really sweet panty! I just love the way it looks. The ruffles are a very soft mesh so they aren't bulky and inflexible like the stock photo makes them seem. The panty is comfortable, stretchy, and it covers the bum well. The price is a bit high for a pair of underwear but I really like them and am happy with my purchase.

Pros
Colours available, stretchy, soft, comfortable, adorable, not bulky.
Cons
price is a bit high.
The Ruffle Panty by Coquette is available in one-size-fits-most and plus size. There are three colour combinations available: blue/white, white/pink, and black/red. I have both the blue/white and white/pink in plus size. The underwear arrived in a plastic Coquette hanger and was surrounded by plastic. You could use the hanger to store the panty but I just keep mine in my underwear drawer.
There was a cardboard tag attached to the underwear. The tag has a few photos of a model wearing the panty and states the product name, size, colour, company name, and company website. The panty is 82% nylon and 18% spandex. It is a sheer mesh. The panty is very stretchy but the more width you need to stretch, the less ruffled the ruffles will look.
I’ve taken a few measurements of the panty laying flat, unstretched. If you need any other measurements, let me know and I can get them for you.
Waistband unstretched: 16 inches
Waistband stretched as much as I could: 29 inches
Length of panty (taken down side): 3 ½ inches
Length of liner: 5 ¼ inches
There are 9 tiers of ruffles that go all the way around the panty. The ruffles are baby blue and white. The top ruffle is ¾ of an inch and the rest of the ruffles beneath the top one are approximately 1 inch in length. The ruffles are a soft mesh material.
The ruffles look different than the stock photo, but in a good way. The ruffles to the panty in the stock photo look very hard, inflexible, and bulky—but in real life, they’re none of the above. Another thing I noticed is that the stock photo makes the colours look much brighter than they actually are. I like the very soft baby blue to the panty.
Beneath the ruffles, the rest of the panty is a white mesh material. At the top centre of the front of the panty, there is a cute white bow made of ribbon. The ribbon is 1 ¾ inches in width. The panty does have a lengthy, thin lining in the crotch.
The plus size option for the panty is the OS/XL on Coquettes sizing chart. The chart states that this size is best suited for those between the weights of 170-200lbs. I’m just slightly below this. The suggested hip measurement for this size is 42-50 inches. My hip measurement is 41 inches. You may be asking yourself, “why would you get the plus size if you’re slightly below the measurements?” There are actually a few reasons for this.
Firstly, with this type of panty, you don’t want it to be extremely tight. If you need to stretch the panty to the maximum, you will be left with a ruffle-less panty. Basically, the ruffles will just look like dangling pieces of fabric. Secondly, the only other size offered is the OSFM. On the size chart, the OSFM is best for those in the weight bracket of 120-150lbs with a hip measurement between 38-40 inches. With a weight in the 160’s and a hip measurement of 41 inches, the OSFM would most likely be too tight on me, which would take away all the ruffles and probably give me muffin top. I strongly suggest getting the larger size if you’re right in the middle like I am.
The OS/XL fit me well. The panty was really comfortable and I love the way the ruffles look (especially on the back side). With the ruffles being so thin and soft mesh, I’d be comfortable wearing them beneath clothing like a pair of pants because the ruffles would flatten. There wouldn’t be any bulk from the panty. The care tag states that the panty should be hand washed only and hung to dry.
Overall, I’d recommend these panties to others. The price is a bit high in my opinion but lingerie often goes on sale so you could always wait for a sale or use a coupon code. Even if those options weren’t available, I love the panty so much that I think they’re worth splurging on.

I still love the ruffled panty! Even though the care tag states that they should be hand washed only, I've thrown them in washing machine in a lingerie bag and they are still in excellent condition. I'm very happy with they way they look and feel.
