Add Some Color To Your Costume!
These thigh-high stockings from Leg Avenue are nice, and come in a variety of colors. Their unfinished top gives them a different look, although attaching garter straps can be challenging. A nice addition to costumes and lingerie.

Pros
Variety of colors, inexpensive, different look.
Cons
Lack of top band makes attaching garter straps a challenge, one size only.
I love fishnet stockings with lingerie – they look so nice on my legs! These stockings were a good choice. They are a standard fishnet weave, and come in a wide variety of colors I chose baby pink to go with several pink and black outfits that I have.
The stockings come packaged like standard hosiery, in a plastic bag with cardboard insert that opens easily from the bottom. Inside, one stocking is stretched around a cardboard insert, and the other is nestled on top.
The package states that one size fits most, and gives a weight range of 90 to 160 pounds. I’m a bit out of that range, but I typically don’t have trouble with stockings, especially ones that only go up to the thigh.
The stockings are about 22” long straight out of the package, but stretch out a lot more. The toe is not reinforced, so be careful when putting these on. They should be rolled down to the toe, then unrolled up the leg. They are easy to adjust and stretch to fit up the leg.
These went up above mid thigh for me (I’m about 5’7), and were the right length to attach garters to. The tops are unfinished (serge stitched only) so there is no band to attach garters to (or to hold on to your leg – garters need to be worn to keep these up) – it must be attached directly to the fishnet. This was a bit difficult, and I had a bit of trouble getting the fasteners to attach to the stockings. I would recommend not attaching this to the top row of the net but get a few of the strands under the fastener to minimize the chance of over-stretching or tearing. This will also help keep the stocking up. Once the garter fasteners are in place the stockings do have a nice look to them.
These stockings are made from 100% nylon, which is generally stronger in a fishnet weave and not as prone to runs or holes. They should be hand washed or washed in a lingerie bag on the hand-wash or gentle cycle of a washing machine with a mild soap in cold water (never use bleach). Always drip-dry – the stockings won’t go back to quite their original size, but they retain the elasticity of the weave.
I would recommend these stockings if you like fishnet, and I plan to get a few more pairs in other colors.

So far I've had good luck with these stockings. Even though the toe is not reinforced, I haven't managed to rip it yet. They have been washed and drip dried numerous times and show no stretching out of shape.
I love the colors these come in, but I would like them a bit more with a bit of a top to them. Other than that, they're great!

I love the different colors that you can choose from.

The color choices on these are great

Wow, there are a lot of color choices! But I am 5'1", so it sounds like they would be too high for me. And again, one size fits most so there are no smaller options.

They might be - it's hard to say. I wish there were more sizing options!
