A Garter Belt You Can't See Under Clothing
These aren't the best choice ever for the shorter people, but it's also not hard to alter this to fit you better. On short legs, the waistband will sit higher up on the natural waist rather than at the hips. Either way, they're comfortable, sexy, and worth the money.

Pros
Comfortable and sexy if they fit right, Should fit a lot of people
Cons
No reinforced toe, No adjustable straps
If you like to wear fishnets out, but garter belts are visible under your clothing or not quite your thing, these are something to look into.
This packaging was more typical from Leg Avenue for their stockings; the brown and black cardboard box with the stockings inside. The back has sizing information, materials, and washing instructions. Since there are no tags on the stockings themselves, you'll want to wash your 100% Nylon stockings by hand in cool water; or you can wash them in cold water on gentle in your washing machine. These are a one size fits most item, and they should fit a good number of people.
The design is simple and pretty well thought out; plain fishnet stockings with thin lace tops attached to a lace waistband by lace straps. Since it all sits so well against the skin, it can really cut down on visible lines underneath tighter clothing. The fishnet is Leg Avenue's regular style with the soft fuzzy feel and the intricate looking netting. At the very top of each stocking is a band of lace about 1" tall. There are 4 attached garter straps; two in the front and two in the back and all an inch wide and about 8" tall. These all lead up to the 3 - 3 1/2" tall scalloped waistband. The lace straps do stretch so taller folks won't have to worry about much, but if you're shorter you can also sew the straps shorter to change where the waistband sits. There is no reinforced toe at the end of the stocking, so after a while of walking around you might end up with your toes popping through the ends.
These stockings took a while for me to figure out the best way to wear them. Because of my height, I have to wear the waistband up on my natural waist where I normally prefer to wear things like this down on my hips. If I had them pulled up high enough, the stockings stayed up nicely as well. I did notice though that even though my thighs aren't particularly big at 20 1/2" around where these were sitting, they did dig in a little bit. It was more noticeable when I was sitting than when I was standing, but it still prevented the tops of the stockings from sitting correctly and instead they rolled down some. My inseam is about 29" long, and these fell a little higher than mid thigh when hiked up.
I had tugged it down a little bit in this picture, but here's about how high I have to wear it to have the stockings not fall down and how it looks from the side:

Experience
I have to admit, the first few times I tried these on I was in a bit of a hurry and couldn't get them to sit right quickly, or at least where I wanted them to. I'm not normally wearing dresses, so these aren't going to be a main go to piece, but I do still like them. Even if they do sit above my belly button.
Other than that I'm pretty happy with these, they're a great choice for wearing under a dress or if your midriff won't be seen at all and they're really comfortable; even for longer wear.
