(3x/4x) Black Magic almost tripped me up!
I was hoping that perhaps I'd found a long gown that wouldn't make me trip myself. I do enough damage sticking my foot in my mouth all the time - let alone trying to walk in a long gown. I was wrong..this is too long.
In addition, I have blah feelings about it. It isn't that there is anything wrong with this - it's more like there isn't anything "that right" to make it worth keeping.

What it is … how to wear it
This is long nightgown with a split up the front. I wouldn't wear it in public or around the house if you had children that were not sleeping.
This item is currently available at Eden Fantasys in both black and red in sizes Small, Medium, Large, Xlarge, 1x/2x and 3x/4x.
Packaging
This came wrapped up in pink tissue paper - no hanger - no plastic bag, etc.
Material & Care
This material is 90% polyester and 10% spandex. The tag says it should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. I would probably be willing to wash it in the washing machine on a cool gentle cycle if it was in a lingerie bag.
Design, Sizing & Fit
According to the sizing chart, my bra should be 46-50D or DD, my waist 40"-44" and my hips 50-56". I should wear clothes size 20-22. I am currently 265 pounds, wear 18-24 tops, wear 44D bra, with a waist of 49”, hips of 57” and a torso of 18-19” long.
Based on these measurements this item should be loose in the breast, tight in the waist and just a tiny bit tight in the hip area. HOWEVER, due to the design of this garment with the large slit up the front, I do not have problems with the waist or hip area.
Specific Measurements
center top of front to hem 63" long
top of cup to hem 63" because it seems to hang longer in the sides due to the slit
width of front 20" unstretched
cup width & length 9" wide X 8" long
strap length adjustable to 15", 1/4" wide
I did not take any close-up photos because I turned out to not be that impressed with the garment and plan to return it to Eden.
Modeling the Garment
As usual, front, side, back and close-up of breast area.
Comfort & Final Thoughts
At first I liked this nightgown and thought it was cute. Then I found that the straps started to bite into my skin even after I adjusted them. I think it is because they are only 1/4" wide. Then I realized it hung onto the floor after I almost tripped on it. I was surprised that I didn't fall.
I felt like for comfort it was a 3 or 4. It wasn't so much that there was anything wrong with it as much as there wasn't anything really "right" with it. If I was taller, this would be wonderful and if you're taller than say 5'6", this would be nice - especially if you are slender.
I just couldn't find a reason to want to keep it.
