Yours and Mine from KY is a sensation inducing lubricant for couples, but it can also be used for just solo play. Its main advertising point is that it combines a cooling sensation on your lady friend with your fiery, slathered manhood, causing some kind of explosion of pleasure. Mine produces a cool, menthol-like tingling, and is intended to intensify and increase sensitivity (mostly to the clitoris).

Yours is intended to not only warm the skin, but the muscle tissue and outlying corpus columns. Doing this serves two functions:
1) To provide additional stimuli to the nerve crowded skin and muscles surrounding the penis.
2) To encourage additional blood flow to the corpus cavernosum and spongiosum (the three columns of sponge-like tissue that fill with blood during an erection).

Also, intentionally or not, the stickiness of the lube itself acts as a somewhat numbing barrier. In my individual case, that actually removed sensitivity to the point to where intercourse could be lengthened for some time. When Mine was used on my fiance for both manual stimulation and seeking the combination explosion, she became too sensitive and ended up buried in covers, shivering with goosebumps and no longer in the mood. When convinced to persevere, additional lube was required for her, and that only compounded the problem, resulting in a really sticky mess between two people who were not particularly enjoying themselves. We always seem to run out of Yours long before Mine gets used,and honestly Mine only gets used up when I run out of Yours and I'm looking for something different to masturbate with. Although water-based, I cannot recommend either Yours or Mine for use on male toys; it is unnecessarily sticky. Also, both the warming agent and cooling agent have had adverse effects on my Superskin and TPR toys.

While initially fairly slick, Yours and Mine both become dry and sticky during use. It is not uncommon for the flip-cap tops of the vials to crust and become difficult to open. Yours is surprisingly thick for a water-based lube, while Mine is about the consistency you'd expect. When applied, Yours becomes sticky, somewhat viscous, and has a tendency to clump a bit around hair, leaving it matted. Mine suffers from similar problems, but to a lesser extent. Both Yours and Mine work well with a little warm water and/or some odorless, tasteless water-based lube, like Sliquid or JO H2O, as the other lubrication cuts the oily and sticky texture of KY's lube. However, this seems counterproductive and unnecessary; one shouldn't have to apply lube to one's lube, after all.

Mine's taste and odor bring one back memories of chest colds, as its heavy menthol odor is strongly reminiscent of VapoRub. It tastes just the same as VapoRub, and it does leave your tongue tingly and cool when used as an cunnilingus aid -- although be advised that this is not the products intent. Yours has the oddly familiar scent of TPR with small cinnamon undertones, and its taste is a match. My fiance commented on it being like sucking on "pole-shaped Atomic Fireball" candy. Both eventually taste very bitter, and neither are primarily used for, nor recommended for, oral stimulation.

When used for masturbatory purposes, Yours needs reapplication fairly often... every 10-15 minutes, in fact. Mine seems to stick around for a longer time period (whether you want it to or not!), and reapplication is only necessary about once every half hour. After use, both Yours and Mine wash away with water, soap, and some scrubbing. It is recommended that you go the opposite way with the temperature of the water you use to the lube you're removing, especially if you're particularly sensitive, or have just recently had an orgasm. Warm water and a softer, lotion-like soap or body wash is ideal for removing the menthol-like Mine, as this will spare your nerve endings some serious torture (as my partner will assure you). I've found that using cooler water and a heavier of soap (I like Nivea body wash.) works well to remove the dried lube from the penis and matted pubic hair.

Mine is actually pretty great for increased nipple stimulation, and it works well with hot-tea/iced tea foreplay. Yours is fantastic as a stand alone for both manual masturbation and intercourse (without Mine) and will aid in longevity issues if you have them. Together, they don't provide much additional stimulation; unless you use both Yours and Mine on the penis directly, you won't receive much stimulation at all. Yours is welcome inside a recently Mine'd vagina, in that it brings much needed warmth to the inner walls and G-spot -- if you're meticulous about getting it there. Unfortunately, however, this seems to be a bit too much work for something that's supposed to be a 'leisure-activity aid'.

I really like the way the Yours and Mine vials are packaged, color coded, and labeled. The Mine is Pink, and the Yours is blue. They come inside of a tasteful little cardboard case, and are held together by a convenient plastic, figure 8 holder. This is great, as they fit snugly inside of each hole, making them easier to keep track of as a pair. It also prevents them from rolling away, or under your bed. Small issues will arise if lube beads and sticks to the vials themselves; once either dries, it'll take some scrubbing or chipping to get the dried lube off so that they containers fit back into their holder. It's highly recommended that you wipe down both lube vials after use. You should also ensure that the flip-tops are both clear, screwed on tightly, and fully closed. If they're not, they have a terrible tendency to leak.
