Warming lubricants are great for adding a little more sensation to your sensual activities. When placed on the skin, this lubricant produces a slight warming sensation that is gentle, but still very stimulating for both men and women. The hypoallergenic, glycerin and paraben free formula allows this to be an all-purpose lube. It's great for use for vaginal penetration with toys, during sex, masturbation, foreplay, and just about anything else you'd need a lube for. It's a little thin for anal use, but it will work and may need more frequent reapplications. It's friendly to latex, so it can be used inside or outside of a condom, and it can be used with all toy materials.


Ingredients: Water, butylene glycol, carboxy-methylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/vp copolymer, PEG-45m, citric acid, sodium benzoate, vanillyl butyl ether.

This formula is the exact same as the ID Moments Water-based, which is hypoallergenic. The only difference is the vanillyl butyl ether which is the warming ingredient. Aside from this ingredient, the formula is pretty basic. Most of the chemicals found in it are safe for use in food and have extremely low toxicity. There are no added sugars, glycerin, flavors, fragrances, or other allergen and irritation producing chemicals here. The warming agent is very gentle and isn't likely to cause any irritation or reactions.

This lube is about as thick as the average water-based formula. It's halfway between a liquid and gel in consistency. Because of this, it is a little less messy than overly watery lubes. The pump bottle allows for the product to be dispensed in the desired amount into a hand, or directly to the area of application. It doesn't run or drip everywhere, and isn't the messiest lube around.

This lube has a very slick feeling without being overly oily or greasy. It's very silky and less velvety than other lubes out there. The texture does resemble that of natural lubrication and it does blend in nicely to create a more natural feeling experience. It stays thick for an average amount of time compared to other lubes. When contact ends, it does start to dry up. It does leave behind a slight stickiness, but that feeling fades away quickly. Eventually, the lubricant dries up without leaving behind a trace.

This lubricant doesn't advertise that it is flavored or scented and there are no special ingredients added for either of these. The scent of the lubricant is extremely light and barely there. It's slightly sweet, but light enough that it is hard to place. After application, the scent completely disappears. The taste is a highly chemical one, as this lubricant isn't really meant for oral use.

As a normal lubricant, this one is pretty average. It gets the job done pretty well, but isn't particularly spectacular. It can last for a good while, about as long as natural lubrication, but reapplication is needed for longer play sessions. It is a bit sticky when it starts to dry up. This feeling is more obvious when it is used externally. Internally, the stickiness isn't too apparent. It does not leave behind much of a residue afterwards and does not leave behind the feeling that it needs to be washed off immediately. If washing is needed, a little soap and water or a damp cloth will do the trick.

The warming sensation is pretty gentle and light compared to some warming lubes out there. This is great for those who find other warming lubes to be too intense. The warming sensation is more apparent when used with skin on skin. Barriers or other materials may not have the same level of warmth for most.

This lube comes in 2oz, 4oz, and 6.4oz bottles with a pump-top. The pump on the bottle has a locking mechanism which makes it easy to travel with. The bottle does not come with a lid, so it is suggested to keep it in a plastic bag when traveling.

The warming sensation of this lubricant is very light. It is pleasurable for both men and women. Because everyone is different, some people may find this more or less warming than others.

Honestly, I was a little turned off by warming lubed after I had a not-so-fun experience a few years ago. In the middle of a play session, my partner grabbed some KY Warming lube and lubed everything back up. As soon as the lube came in contact with my lady parts, I felt a super intense burning sensation. It was so strong that we had to stop and I had to run and wash it off. After that, I swore off warming lubes because of that horrible experience.

This lube changed my mind about warming lubes in general. I enjoyed that the warming sensation was pretty light and more of a slight feeling than burning. I think this lube is great, but it's not something I see myself using very often. I'm generally not a fan of cooling lubes, either. I guess I'm just a no-frills-lube type girl.
