Hathor Aphrodisia is one of the best lubes I've ever used! The ingredients are gentle enough that they don't irritate my cunt, but also slick and long-lasting. I like to use it on sex toys that require a little extra lubrication to insert, or to make clitoral stimulation a little smoother. For solo play, you don't need much of this lube, which is a nice plus as it is rather expensive. An 8oz tube has lasted me a couple of years. Because it is water-based, it can be used with any kind of condoms or toys, including silicone (my personal favorite)!

It also works great for vaginal penetration, alone or with a partner. It lasts a long time, but doesn't have the oily fake feeling of some kinds of lube. This is the closest lube that I have ever found to natural lubrication. It feels great when applied to the vagina side of a dental dam, and helps make the feeling of latex less noticeable for dams, gloves, and condoms. Personally, I wasn't crazy about using it for anal penetration with a partner, and found that it had to be reapplied fairly often. But for anal fingering or toy play where there isn't a lot of motion, this lube would be perfect. It makes inserting toys easy and comfortable.

The texture of Hathor Aphrodisia is less runny than most water-based lubes that I've tried. It stays where you put it, but doesn't leave behind a sticky or gooey feeling that you'll be desperate to wash off. It is slick and velvety feeling like a silicone lube, but much easier to clean up after. The water-based formula rinses off easily in the shower, with no soap or scrubbing required. A little bit goes a long way, and lasts a long time.

I've been using this lube for years, and have never noticed any scent. It has a slight taste, but it isn't unpleasant and isn't really noticeable when combined with body fluids or the taste/smell of latex condoms or dams.

Hathor Aphrodisia lasts a long time without reapplication, and saves you from fumbling awkwardly to apply more lube mid-sex or mid-masturbation. A few drops is usually plenty for masturbation, while a dime-sized amount should suffice for penetration. Many lubes irritate my labia and clit, but not this one. It's made without any parabens or petroleum products, making it ideal for sensitive vaginal skin. It also contains horny goat weed, ginseng, and vitamin c, which are supposed to enhance stimulation and blood flow, and is sold as an "arousal lube". I didn't particularly notice this, but people with more sensitive clits and labia might get more stimulation from it.
