V (Water Based Gel) is for Victory!
V Water Based Gel is a good choice for people who are looking for a water based lube that is a little thicker and more durable. Although some might have issues with its ingredients, for most this can be a good choice of everyday lube.

Pros
Odorless, water-based, gel formula.
Cons
Does include glycerin, preservatives.
This lube is a great one for those who are looking for a scentless, flavorless, water based lube. Unlike some water based lubes, V Water Based Gel is a thicker, gel-like viscosity that's much better for sustained use. Though I've used Astroglide's version of a water-based gel product, I find that the V Water Based Gel is quite superior, without the Astroglide's slight odor.
Being water based means that the lube is compatible with condoms, specifically latex condoms, because there is nothing in it that can break down the material. While a water based lube may never be quite as slippery as a silicone based lube, it is much better as an all purpose lube because it can be used with condoms and also with silicone toys. Definitely a bonus.
For me, sex means both vaginal and anal (as well as playing with toys), so a good lube has to stand up to both types of sex. V Water Based Gel did the trick in both instances. While you might need additional lube for prolonged anal experiences (this is true of nearly any lube at all), it seems to be great for shorter length sessions of anal and vaginal sex. This lube also did well in insertion tests with both a dildo and a butt plug.
One caution is to women who are prone to yeast infections. The V Water Based Gel does include glycerin, which can make some people who are sensitive develop yeast infections. There are also preservatives in the lube, which concern some, but incorporated as well are some natural (honeysuckle) extracts.
The tube itself is a good size, and the classy logo and frosted look of the tube make it pretty easy to leave out on your nightstand without having it scream "lube!" All in all, a decent product.
