The Painkiller for your butt and everything that couches it
Great to get started but won't make you hurt yourself due to inability to fill serious injury. Might help with premature ejaculation as well

Pros
numbing enough to take away the pain but not desensitize completely.
Cons
desensitizes the penis as well
One of the concerns I always had with anal lube was that they might numb the pain to the point where you won't feel if you're getting hurt, but this lube wasn't like it at all. What it does is numb the discomfort that often comes with the initial penetration. If we go too fast and don't prep well, I can still very much feel the pain. So, you will need to prep well either way and can still count on pain to tell you if you're doing it all wrong. That passes my safety settings for an anal lube.
An interesting thing that happens with anal-ese is that you can't exactly localize it to just the anus. It numbs the sensation on all areas that come in contact with it, including the penis. Unless you're using a condom, expect to last much longer then you normally would. I see it as a bonus for my pleasure, but I'm sure not everyone would appreciate getting a numb member. Nonetheless, if you'd like to impress your partner with how long you could last, it might be the way for you.
Please, note the ingredients in the lube; it has Benzocaine as it's active ingredient. Make sure you and your partner aren't allergic to it before you use it. You don't want to ruin the night by having to rush to the emergency.
If you are using a different lube for vaginal penetration at the same time, you should check them for compatibility. Just take a drop of both lubes and rub them together. If nothing funky happens then go ahead and have fun with it. If they don't mix well then you might want to avoid using them together. It will be a pain trying to stop the two from mixing.
Over all I would say it's a great lube for those who are either just starting out with anal or those who have a hard time getting over the initial discomfort of penetration.
