The Lube Zeus Uses
Simply a must in my opinion for anyone thinking of buying the Shock Therapy unit or kit from Pipedream. This gel is used to keep the connectivity of the electrodes, and to help enjoy electro-stim play safely!

Pros
Does exactly what it says it will do!
Cons
The packaging is tacky
Good morning! Here, have some coffee and join me in another review by me! Woman! (not to be confused with Wonder Woman, I am not her. Nor am I Xena. Just wanted to make that clear)
Today we are going to be talking about a product that has been discontinued here at EF, but it is still a good product especially if you have the Shock Therapy toy, or even Jopen's Intensity.
Let us go through the parts we have to first, then I'll tell you my personal experience.
To use this Shock Therapy Electro-Sex Gel, you flip the cap, then squeeze about a kidney bean amount onto the pads of the Shock Therapy or a pea sized amount to the Intensity, use your finger to distribute it evenly, apply and voila! Enjoy!
The purpose of this gel (I am going to copy this directly from the bottle), "The gel magnifies the intensity of the electrodes and provides maximum conductivity between the skin and the Shock Therapy accessories. Eliminates "hot-spots" and works with both adhesive pads and other Shock Therapy plug-in accessories."
What are hot-spots you ask? Well, when I have experienced them, they are like sun burnt skin without the pain. Your skin gets tight and sometimes a little itchy like the feeling you get when your sun burn starts to peel.
The ingredients I just copied off the product page: Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Zinc Gluconate, Magnesium Aspartate, Copper Gluconate, Carboxymethyl Hydroxyethylcellulose, Carbomer, Sodium Chloride (Natural Salt), Diazolidinyl Carbamide, Sodium Hydroxide (pH Modifier), Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate
The 4floz squeezable container is white with red writing, and while I'd feel comfortable leaving this bottle out because no one here speaks English, I'd strongly suggest putting it away as it has FETISH in big red letters on the front of the bottle.
This gel is scentless (I'm not tasting it no matter how good I want this review to be), and if you have some left on your skin, it can easily be rubbed into your skin with no funky residue. Or you can just take a wet cloth and wipe it off. Sometimes, if you run the Shock Therapy for more than thirty minutes, you might find that the gel dries to your skin, and it just flakes off easily. Again, you could wipe it off with a damp cloth or tissue. I would strongly suggest washing the pads of the Shock Therapy with soap and water after each application of the Sex Gel for what looks like goo will adhere to the pads. With washing them regularly, you will prolong the life of your pads.

Experience
I've tried using the Shock Therapy with and without the Shock Therapy Electro-Sex gel. Without the gel, I found the pulses to be more painful and sharp focused feeling compared to using the gel. When using the gel I feel that the pulses can feel more deeper and spread out for a better massage.
I feel I should explain here, that I don't use the Shock Therapy or Gel as a sex toy, but as a muscle massager.
One bottle has lasted me fore about a year of frequent use, and I bought another to replace it.
So. Would I recommend this to a friend? Darn tootin I would for use with the Shock Therapy!! I definitely say it is a must! It does exactly what it says, and performs better than I originally thought it would. The only thing I'd suggest changing is the packaging. Make it more elegant, and less tacky.

I've never really liked the idea of shock play, but muscle massage actually sounds like a great idea! I'll be sure to find this (somewhere), or something similar, if we decide to take the plunge. Thanks for the review.
