I'm back with another System JO H2O lube review. This time it is their Warming Anal Lube. The simple facts are that it is a water based lube that is supposed to be safe for anal use with the added bonus of a warming sensation. As a water based lube, it is safe to use with all sex toys. The toys and you will clean up in a breeze very simply with some soap and water. The product will not stain any fabrics. I spilled some onto some towels and it washed out nicely. There is a bit of a mild scent to it, but it was a rather pleasant one. I must agree with my fellow reviewers and say that it was almost minty.

The lube itself is a medium viscosity. It is thick enough to stick to and cover your toy, but thin enough to still flow out of the bottle with minimum effort. A word of caution: When pouring out the lube be prepared for it to drip down the side of the bottle when you are done. The shape of the spout on top (think: shampoo bottle) is not the best for a lube.

This was tested/used by me for a first time session with a silicone prostate massager. I found that the lube coated the toy with no effort and retained it with great ease. As this was my first time exploring this area I was amazed that it simply popped right in. This is a testament to this lube. I can say that this lube made my first time with a massager both simple and exhilarating. I had no problems with any part of the experience.

It should be noted that just like the other JO H2O warming lubes, their Anal wWrming Lube suffers from the lack of a distinct warming sensation. The lube does give a warming sensation, but it is very subtle. Some people may want more, but I was satisfied by the gentle warmth.

Immediately after the prostate massager test, I decided to use some of this to lube up and masturbate. It offers the same satisfying experience as the normal JO H2O warming lube. The problem is that outside of the body, the lube will begin to dry rather quickly. If that happens, simply add some moisture and it will get nice and slippery again.

In the end, this is a good product. Its main flaw is its price. Most people will find a cheaper product but if you feel like spending the money, I have to say go for it.

I've used this a few more times since I wrote the initial review. My opinion has not changed. It's a great lube, just a bit pricey. If you want quality and are willing to pay for it, by all means go with this. On the other hand, if you are a bit more strapped for cash, I would suggest a different product. Again, no complaints, just a bit of an investment.
